Create your colorful masterpieces with Crayola Washable Crayons.
Having purchased the item in October 2018, it was returned in November 2018, and now in January 2019, the blue gel is showing signs of slow leakage and staining! It is possible for toddlers and preschoolers to ingest gel and become ill. This review has been written after cleaning up a gel leak/stain.
The month is This is absolutely adored by an eight-month-old baby. Though I was a little worried he would be a little too young for the concept, he picked it up This portion of the device, which I call the finger squishy side, is easy to use, and he enjoys pushing the gel around and watching the trails he leaves behind In terms of the crayon side, we have been utilizing it less often because he is more interested in eating the crayons than drawing. On the other hand, the crayons don't mark very dark on that side, which I was a little disappointed with, I would prefer a dry erase board or something with colors that are a little more bold when I feel like he is not as interested in eating the product.
You will see that your "painting" disappears once you move. There's not much to the finger painting side of this game, but the drawing side is okay. As soon as you lift your finger, your "painting" disappears.
In the form of a rubbery plastic, it is a spreadable substance. The children have been able to use it over and over again. It's mess free and very tactile. In the finger paint experiment, they even put their hand on the paper to see how big their hand print is. The perfect activity to do on a car ride or in the quiet. You can just relax and enjoy your finger painting experience.
This is something I bought for my 18 month old to use while we are on a long car trip. It's been drawn on with an ink pen - it's been drawn on with a real pen A white board is a squishy or sticky surface with a sticky coating that is hard to remove. Positively, I did not puncture the squishy surface with with the pen!.
To be honest, I did not expect this to be as fun and colorful as I had hoped. The background shown does not have a glowing neon hue as shown in the picture. In fact, you cannot use it for drawing or learning because if you try and write even a single letter, you will find parts of the gel move and fill back in again once your drawing has been done. I think it's a good idea that was badly executed. I tried drawing it with my twin toddlers, but they did not look at it again after one In spite of the fact that drawing is one of their favorite activities, they refused even to touch the crayons on the back. Sadly, I am out of luck Keep your money in your pocket.
Not a great product, but not bad either. On the finger paint side, you cannot erase. The colors are not as varied as shown in the pictures. I like the crayon side but it isn't a great product. I am reluctant to recommend it.
