I decided to test the paint on a piece of clothing I wouldn't mind staining before allowing my child to use it. Despite several washes and two weeks later, the paint has not come off. So, before giving it to a child and possibly damaging clothing or items if the paint doesn't come off, I recommend that you perform the same test.

For my 2-year-old niece, this is an excellent first painting set. Her mother has expressed an interest in doing crafts with her, so I was looking for something to keep her occupied. The items are age-appropriate, and they include everything she'll need to get started on some small projects. I gave it a four because it was a Christmas present and she hadn't used it yet, but I am confident she will enjoy it. My older niece is an elementary school teacher who chose this project because of her experience, and I'm looking forward to seeing the crafts she makes.

Every piece of clothing worn in its vicinity has been stained. IT DOESN'T WASH OUT IN THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF TIME!.

This product was as much a hit with me as it was with my kids. Everything is included, including brushes of various sizes, paper, washable paint (which is a must for my children), and a variety of sponge figures to stamp paint on. I like the apron because it comes with a bag, which means I don't have to worry about where I'll put it. For the price, it is excellent.
