I love these paint pens - they make great gifts These toys are a big hit with my children! They are two and six years old (by contrast). The 7 year old loves painting the tips together to make multicolored swirls, which make them pretty cool. My children have been pretty hard on these, but they are holding up well for the most part. For the past few years, my five-year-old has loved using them to practice his letters, paint basic things, and draw. They can be hard to write with in the fine details due to the flexible nature of the tips. Broad strokes are much more effective with them. They are loved by my 2 year old the most, but there have been a few things I've noticed. Some of our pens have nearly missing tips because my two and five year old are pushing them too hard and pushing them down into the pens. The good news is that they are relatively easy to remove. I don't find that the paint drips, but it does take a few moments to dry, so my kids often get paint on their arms, sleeves, As an added bonus, it is highly washable on both skin and clothing (my two year old colored her entire arm once and it came off after taking a I have noticed a few issues Most of the time, the paint will splatter or spray when you take off the cap when you are first removing the cap. We noticed that it stopped happening after we used them a bit more, but some paper and shirts were In the painter's container, we store them cap-side up to prevent paint from pooling but their caps do get paint on them. Splatter can also occur when the container is opened. Children under the age of 8 may find it challenging to take the caps off and put them back on again. A few moments later, I noticed that there is an additional "click" needed to complete the cap. The weight of pushing them on the whole way is too much for them. It is certainly impossible for my 2-year-old to get the cap off, but that is good! The only time I let her use these is with me, but big brother or sister often leave them out for her, and I am glad she cannot open them I feel like some of the colors don't have much depth There is something particularly appealing about the black and the red. While green, blue, and purple are all gorgeous, they are extremely bright. We have been using Melissa and Doug finger paint paper which has a shiny surface and does not leak through, but they need to dry a few moments after painting as sometimes the paint is The fact that a few of each color are included in the box is nice, but I wish they had more colors. It seems as though I have only put two of each color out and the kids have played with them daily for the past month, although we are only just getting some that are drying out, so I'm impressed at how well these work and how fun they are for kids and adults alike!.
Apparently it was my fault, but I ordered the set of 40 expecting 40 different colors, but only find 10 that are repeated. However, I've still planned to use them frequently due to the way the brush tip responds to pressure and the way the ink flows. The thick line in the photo helps a lot, as does the painted top with colored pencils, which gives the effect of colors.
For example, your yellow now has blue streaks.
am in love with In addition to being able to color in very broad strokes, or go right down to the tiniest detail, they are also very durable. The only complaint I have is that they do not come I can only use them in a limited way because of this. It would be great if you could add.
It is impossible to wash these crayons in any way. The white walls of my home are covered in my toddler's artwork, which even after scrubbing with every possible suggestion I can still see where the strokes were made. It was a big This advertisement has been proven to be false.
I'm here. Crayola, here we come! Now let's see. . . where did the box of 40 come from Only 8 colors are used in the basic color scheme. Do we have to go back to kindergarten? It would be better to state this to be 8 color counts x 5. It doesn't make any sense to order adult coloring books if there are only eight colors available.
It's easy to draw with paint pens, which are convenient and well suited for those who like By buying in bulk, it was a great price and gives me the opportunity to be creative for a long time to come. The number of toys is sufficient for my grandchildren every time they come over. There's no need to argue over which color to get.
Those with very active children or in the classroom will love this.
