On cement, rather than grass, this court will perform better. Because this is a roll-out court, it is best used on flat, solid surfaces. We recommend smooth and clean surfaces for best results to avoid damaging or dirtying the court.
The weight of the court is approximately 15 pounds. The gear is about 12 pounds in weight.
On the Home Shuffleboard court, beads are not required. I hope this information is useful.
Yes, this works on carpet as well as hard surfaces like concrete and wood.

Because it was so expensive (really, $500 for a rollup shuffleboard game! ), I deducted a star. ) but we've had a lot of fun with it this summer. When we want to play, we roll it out on our deck (using painters tape on the ends) and it's worked perfectly, with the exception of the bumps in our deck, which add to the fun in our view. I haven't tried it anywhere else, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a very smooth surface on which to lay it. It's made of some sort of durable plastic, but I believe it'll wear out quickly if not used on a good surface. Full-size disks and cues of excellent quality are included. I'm just hoping the court lasts a few seasons at the very least. We'll keep it in our basement over the winter to keep the party going.
Before laying out the court, we made sure that the cement was free of dust and debris. My only concern now is how to keep the court clean while the discs are flying up and down the court. Is it possible to use it as a platform for a roomba? I bought a cloth coverall for our shoes, but we can also play in our socks to avoid stepping on the court. This game will keep us occupied for many hours. Thank you very much.
It was a big hit at the graduation party.
big hit! Playing this game is very simple.
We were glad we double-checked our measurements in the basement! It's the perfect fit! It was simple to put together, but it's critical to tape down the ends. It's also critical to spray the silicon onto the discs' bottoms and allow it to dry overnight. br>Before unrolling the court, our family carefully swept the area and double-checked that it was completely clean; we also don't allow anyone to walk on it while wearing shoes; Socks are all. This is to ensure the court's long-term viability. br>Thank you for a fantastic product!.
