This is an exquisite piece of work
5/5

When the 2020 Mattel Jurassic World Primal Attack Attack Pack Alioramus was revealed at the San Diego Comic-Con, it had the potential to be one of the most revered dinosaur figures of all time. As one of the first new species revealed at Con, Alioramus was one of the most intriguing. In spite of its early unveiling, the Alioramus is one of the last releases in this line (to the best of our knowledge). Alioramus was a small Tyrannosaurid that lived in Cretaceous Mongolia near the end of the Cretaceous period. There are five bony crests on its snout, making it one of the most distinctive species. There is so much detail in this figure that it is incredible! Mattel did an amazing job recreating this species! The integument on this figure is some of the most varied and well defined in the Attack Pack line! Its scales range from tiny bumps covering the snout, neck, and rib cage to larger scales covering the back and thighs, and even crocodilian-like scales on the hands and feet. Scales are seen on the underside of the shell, but the feathers on the head and tufts on its arms and legs are perhaps its most attractive features. There is a feathery area just past the eyes that I especially love. This almost gives it the appearance of a bird of prey The appearance is similar. You can even see some nice texturing on the tongue! There are a lot of articulations on this figure, which is to be expected. All of the limbs are capable of moving forward and backward. It is possible to rotate the tail. There is a lot of movement in the neck and mouth, with the mouth opening wide and the neck moving up and down. The coloration of the Alioramus is very nice. It's very natural-looking, yet it's still bright enough without being extreme. body of the animal is dark brown. There are red stripes on the sides and back. A creamy white counter shade is applied to the underside, although my figure suffers from somewhat of a paint mishap. It is unclear why the right side of the underbelly was not painted cream. I noticed this issue and mentioned it to avoid confusion, though it isn't a prevalent issue by any means. Despite being still in the package, the second one has a normal belly. Claws remain unpainted as they always have with Attack Packs. While the paint application does not continue along most of the tail, it does along a rather large portion One of the most impressive paint applications on any of the Attack Pack figures could be found on the head! It takes a lot of talent to apply red markings to a human head. In order to make the eyes stand out, a darker brown is applied directly around the orbits. It is a bright and near perfect application of the eye. There are five crests painted in ivory, and the teeth are painted black, and there is no trace of sloppiness in their application. On some parts of the face, as well as glossy paint is applied. There's a rounded lip on the figure that looks nice, and it adds a bit of a unique look to the figure. The Attack Pack Alioramus is without a doubt one of the best figures from this collection. To be honest, I would say that this is my favorite Attack Pack figure without question. Seeing why Mattel highlighted that in the original Primal Attack reveal is quite apparent!.

I bought it as a Christmas present for my nephew, but it is so tiny and does not deserve to be paid for! It was a huge letdown. Your money is not worth it!.

A very disappointing experience
3/5

When ordered, it was way too small for my son, even though he thought it was the full size. The price would not have been that high if I had known it was so inexpensive.
