Dots do not follow the traditional pattern. As you can see, the description shows two distinct kinds of dice. My wish is that sellers would use pictures of the actual item they are selling instead of an inactive picture. In the first few pictures, there are dots that look like a traditional set of dice- a regular sized dot for one and two diagonal ones. The dice you will receive will not be the ones shown here. The oversized dot on one of them and the one stacked on top is described in an extra-large font For two dots on each side. In spite of my understanding the importance of children learning to subitize in different ways, I bought these dice that did not match all the worksheet games I bought them to play. We often assume we will receive the item that is pictured, so it can be discouraging and frustrating when we don't. As long as the placement of the dots is irrelevant to you and you know that the dice you receive will not be the ones shown in the seller's pictures (because they show more than one type), these dice will be good It would be great if the seller updated the listing with the actual product.

I liked the colors on the dice and the feel of them. It is a perfect match for our needs. Due to the overwhelming odor of gasoline / kerosine they had, we were uncomfortable letting our daughter play with them (and not too enthusiastic about picking them up Getting them out of the shed was not safe because of the stench. Instead, they immediately went in the garbage and were thrown out on the street. Despite them being free of any smell, we did not try to return them as it would have meant handling them longer and letting the odor linger, so we cannot comment on how well the company may have handled the situation.

These foam dice are great. I got some regular dice for the kids and I got these like well. These rolls are very quiet when they are rolled. COLOR PAIRS DIFFERENT FROM ONE ANOTHER. ONE OF THE WAYS WE USE THEM IS IN THE CARD GAME WIZARD TO DIGEST PERSONAL BIDDING. I believe the dice are perfectly suited to their use in this game. A LOT OF "WIZARD" is played in my household, so this is my third set of dice.
