According to the description, the weight is 100 lbs, but the photos say 600 lbs. Choosing a bike hook with a 100lb capacity. Anyway, the design and functionality of the phone are fine, but the hardware included would seem to be of little or no use to normal folks. It was described as being for drywall, but they provided screwdrivers that the instructions said are meant for brick alone. In reality, it was my fault for not reading the instructions and installing in the first place since I already know how to install anchors and screws (my brother and I remodeled an entire kitchen together). There is not enough space between the rows. A bike hook that fits properly on a bike is too large for a bike. BUY THIS ITEM AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This product is not functional and does not work as advertised in the product details.
