Questions & Answers

What's the reason for not having all the hardware included? There are three parts packs listed, but I have gotten only one of each in the two orders I have made. ?

We have optimized this product, less parts are available due to the optimization. Thank you for your inquiry. As for the new versions of bike stands, they do not need washers, but the installation instructions might state that washers are included. In the past, the instructions were the same, now we've changed them. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience, and we are grateful you gave us the chance to explain. Have a seat

When the rear wheel touches the ground, how does the vehicle move?

Neither it nor the ground touch each other.

What is the reason for the flimsy connection of the arms (the two vertical poles)?

In the finished configuration, neither the vertical poles nor the horizontal poles are fragile. Once the bike is mounted on the stand, it has never moved or fallen over. It is actually quite strong.

Please find my email address below There is 44lbs of weight on the bike. What are the chances that it will ?

As far as my e-mail is concerned, it works fine There's just one word I can describe my bike bike

It is sturdy
5/5

I love it. There are improvements to be made. While I hang bikes on the wall for the kids, I prefer this stand for my bikes because it is mobile. My bike is stable on it, so I can come inside the apartment or hotel room if I travel with it it is sturdy and I can bring in the bike It won't fall no matter how hard it is pushed. A tyre on the rear of the car is completely off the ground. I can easily fit my hybrid 20" (large) Trek DS3 in this case (see attached I had to use a plier to tighten the screw/nut on the long upright arm after assembly as it was easy and quick. The long arm of the chair will be made more sturdy when a washer is added to the screw/nut. Another reviewer also mentioned this. It will also make the bike more customizable by having multiple holes for adjustable height, which extends the comfort to a larger range of bike sizes if this long arm that holds the front wheel is made longer. She used her 16" Trek 820 WSD that fitted perfectly on it, although I had to adjust the red inverted 'V' part of the long arm for the front wheel a bit to get it in/out. Ultimately it wasn't a problem. There are no defects with this bike stand it is stable, light, That's a great concept, and I'm all about constructive criticism rather than negative criticism. As is, it is a great stand and I will purchase it again and recommend it however, it has room for improvement. With the additions I suggested, I think it will be the best stand in its category/type of bike stand.

This is a perfect desk stand for an office
5/5

The stand is incredibly easy to assemble. A tool is included and no parts are missing. The total weight of my commuter, 26" tall, is 40lbs. The stand seems sturdy. I gave it a few shakes and it was fine. Even with the heavy duty rack I was using in the rear, I did not have to adjust it This purchase made me very happy.

An apartment is a great place to live inside
5/5

The stand works perfectly for my use and the purpose I have in mind. It is true that it is not the most durable, but I have never had an issue There is a one-year-old in my house I have a carbon frame Ruby road bike that I consider safe on the stand. The stand is on a carpeted floor, so I don't have any concerns that the bike will fall If children are running around and there are strong vibrations or movement or an earthquake, they would probably run away. If the bike tipped, it would definitely fall over. I assembled it in no time at all. I love that my bike is in the middle of my living room and takes up very little space. I find it very convenient to get on and off. It may not be ideal for me to use a stand like this if I had a heavy steel frame bike.

The material is not In a nutshell, There is something wrong with this! It is not a sturdy thing to stand on
3/5

too much space between the screws and the other side of the washer so that the washer cannot reach to tighten the screw. There is nothing I can do. I can't stand it. A gap in the screw caused me to lose tightening power when I was installing the tall stick. I spent an hour putting it together. These are the choices available to me If it is too big, find a hammer and reduce it. I'm taking this thing apart so I can get it back"

Update My main aim was to hammer it tight, so that the screw could be tightened. The metal would need to be melted and welded to work. After I took it apart the screw stripped, I spent another hour taking it apart. Having wasted a lot of time for nothing, I returned the item. There is nothing special about this product, do not use it.

An unstable vertical bar can be seen
4/5

It is nice that there is a vertical space saving component, but I do not like the drilled hole setup to stabilize the upright In the instructions, it was indicated that 2 bolts would be inserted. Since the bike had "29 tires installed, the vertical bar was too short. I raised it to one drilled hole to make the bar longer. In turn, this left the bar in an unstable state- It was a bit wobbly, but I adapted, improvised, and I was able to figure it out It was overcome.

The design is well thought out and works well
4/5

It's always best to start by storing bikes vertically with an old-fashioned wall hook. It's the simplest and most cost-effective way to do this. Using this method in our last house proved to be very stable, simple to install, etc. But of course, the wall gets damaged by the bicycle wheels, so you're stuck where you are. I decided to investigate vertical stands when we moved in order to avoid these issues. I first saw ads for the Bike Nook product, and for a variety of reasons I purchased both the Hasit and the Bike Nook, so this review ends up being a comparison between them. As a result, the Hasit product stands out among its competitors- They are more stable, better designed, and require fewer modifications for a bike to fit them. Hasit's product has a channel into which you roll the bike forward and it stands upright, and the bike's front tire is held by a stabilizer bar while the rear tire is positioned That's all there is to it. Bike Nook requires that the bicycle be rolled backward into a channel and that the seat is stored after leaning (backward) onto the stand. A piece of Velcro is included to stabilize the front tire to the If you have a seat that sits low on the stem or if you have a small bag (containing an extra tube, tools, etc. ) attached to the stem behind / under the seat, how do you adjust the stem? If you want to remove the bag, then you must raise the seat. Getting on the Hasit requires you to adjust the seat back down and reconnect the bag, which you do not need to do if it's in the standby mode. As a result, the Bike Nook stand does not seem as stable as the Hasit stand, although that may just be my perception. In general, if you can't use the simple approach to fix your problem- This hook can be hung up on a wall Work with the Hasit product is good.

What a hassle
3/5

It makes me so angry and so angry that I want to scream. There's a possibility that it is due to my injury at the moment, but trying to use the stand is a real source of frustration for me right now. While doing a bike handstand, it's a pain to get just the back tire on, plus there's that stupid front wheel catch that's meant to hold the wheels My hatred for it (and I don't use the term lightly here, but in this case, I really mean it) goes beyond wording alone. The cushion is barely stable on hard flooring (it holds if bumped right, but sometimes falls to the ground if you bump it left). I can't imagine how it would fare Additionally, four times we tried to test it, this item scratched the flooring. Having to handle bicycles might be okay for those who are used to it, but there has to be an easier way to store vertically.

I had to modify this stand to fit my new bike, but overall I think it is fantastic
5/5

My review can be found here. Don't miss out! You'll be glad you did! That's a great stand, I really like it! This is a very good design and much more durable than I anticipated, so I am extremely pleased! (Like I said, just being honest and blunt) if I weren't crafty or handy, I would've returned it since it couldn't be adjusted enough to accommodate my long wheelbase! A 1/4"-long bit of metal I bought There are 20 x 12" threaded rods, 1/4" flat washers, and 1/4"-thick nuts securing the rods. It was easy to make my own window gasket and hook with 20 wing nuts, 3/4" foam self stick window gasket and 1/4" foam self stick window gasket! I spent less than $8 to modify it, and I am very pleased with the results! I find this purchase to be well worth the money for my needs.
