In addition to the wall anchors and screws included in the shipment, I used my prior experience to install the wall mount bike rack. In order to mount the bike rack, I drilled holes for anchors in the wall and then inserted and installed them, then screwed the mounting screws through the bike rack holes and into the I did not feel as though the screws tightened the wall rack. It did not matter how much more screw pressure or how long it took. It took me just one attempt to mount my bike that weighs 34 lbs, 8 oz, and the wall mount came Make sure you are aware of potential scams I did not get the benefits of this as advertised.
It is not clear whether the other or first pair had the same problem (the second one was a replacement). There were 3 hooks, only one of them remained in an open position. The other two fell flat every time the bike wheel was placed in the hook, making it very difficult to place the bike wheel in the hook without wrestling with the bike. It was time to move on from the second set with a different option since the second set had the same problem (2 out of 3 did not work).
This product is easy to set up and is The only issue is that two of the three hangers don't stay in the middle position, making it difficult to hook a bike on to them.
It is easy to install, but you have to be an expert at acrobatics to hook a bike tire onto it. A bike can surely be secured to a wall more effectively with better hardware than this.
The item itself is difficult to maneuver when trying to insert a bike tire into it, even after it has been installed.
Generally satisfied with the product, but they should have left the screws alone. There is no point in them.
The hook does not stay up as shown in the photo. The hook would have had to be raised high on the wall, and I would have had to reach up to raise my bikes.
