We are very pleased with this lock. It looks and works fantastic! Installing this software was simple and, as long as you followed the instructions carefully, programming it was not difficult either. My experience with this lock as a deadbolt exterior lock rivals any other I've tried in the past. Also notable is the keypad. Using this number reader, not only do you get the right amount of sensitivity but you also get a beep and a flash of the number you correctly entered. It is generally okay to program according to these instructions. After you've tried it a few times, you'll notice that it has a logic that isn't readily apparent. One can also find several YouTube videos on these topics on the web. There is no easy way to get support for this product in the U. S. If you are the type of person who calls customer support so often that you are on a first-name basis with every member of the team, then this lock is probably NOT for you.
