These XS are too big for a 3 year old boy, it looks like a dress for a My 5 yr. old even looks a little big in it, and my girls both run a little big for their age in kids clothes. They always need to wear at least one size larger.

I purchased a size 6 for my son. It was accurate. He is 5 years old (average height and weight) and the XS fits him Once he is seven years old, he will be 9 years old. Since I will need an S in 5 years, I bought the S at the same time as the XS knowing I'd eventually need it. The price is so reasonable that I bought the S at the same time as the XS knowing I'd eventually need it. We like it because it is comfortable and easy to use The weight is very light. Besides the zipper, he likes how it makes him feel like a cool vest/jacket instead of just a high visibility article of clothing for school staff to easily spot him as he roams around. He's also fast, so the vest is crucial for his safety. It is easy for the staff to spot him because of the color. This is a fantastic product, and I highly recommend it.

This was bought for myself as visibility is important while running or walking the dog. You can see it from a long way away. As a rule, I figure it would fit over clothing of the ladies petite medium size. It may not be the greatest fit for a tall person, but it will do fine for a shorter person or someone of There is a 3M logo on the reflective sections of the garment and it is 100% polyester.

This is a great value and well made product. This style runs larger width-wise than the stated size, so be aware. There were no adult sizes available. I bought a children's small that fit up to a 8yr old and a children's medium for a small adult, but they were too short to cover past waist (there were no adult sizes). These were great, except for the limited sizes, for kids for safety and visibility. I used them often when I biked on road, walked in limited daylight, or rode my bike Bikers wearing them should also be safe from drivers and other bicyclists on the road because of the reflective material. They would be better off if these had pockets, too!.

I purchased this for my very large son who is now 2 years old. His request for my emergency vest and safety helmet is always the same every time he visits. I gave him one of these because it is the same quality and durability as my adult vest. A second one will be purchased for my 2 mo old when he gets older (and even bigger). It would be highly recommended to purchase the vest from this.
