It does fit true to size, however keep in mind that the reflective tape will not stretch much where it is attached. Otherwise, it's light, comfy, and easy to wear.

You should do your research before you make a purchase. As with the previous shirt, the reflective band on the midsection is smaller than the shirt size. If you have a large stomach, this shirt won't work as well.
