It would probably be in the 30"-36" range The length of my legs is 31 inches and I have short arms I didn't have an issue with them dragging correctly when wearing the proper footwear.
I'm unable to tell you how long the size 12 inseam will be, but I can warn you that these pants tend to run small in my experience.

I'm not perfect, but I'm Things are going well for them. The size 8 regular I ordered is based on my height of 5'7, my weight of 150 pounds, and the size 8 I usually wear. It would have been better for me to wear a size 6 since they run a bit large. I have no issues with the legs, but the waist band is HUGE and the front part of the pants is a bit loose. No problem is too big for a belt. I won't mind paying a bit more for them since they're cheap. I love how thick and nice they are, how deep the pockets are, and how comfortable they are. Try not to expect it to be If they're on sale again, I'll probably buy them. At the end of the day, they will just get painted over.
I really like the deep pockets on these pants, and they are nice quality. The problem is, however, with the size and fit. In my case, I wear a size 2 Regular, but once they arrived they fit like a size 4 Regular. As a result, I washed them and they shrank. There's a lot of it. As a result, I can no longer fit in them. A waistline that falls far below the belly button (much lower than in photo) is also apparent. Lastly, I want to point out the following As the pants are cream in color instead of a tan or taupe color as pictured, the color I ordered "Natural" is more of a cream color.
I needed cheap work pants with a low waist and liked the modest rise shown in the pictures. I think these are pretty much what they advertise and I am satisfied with It is true that they are quite Size 4 regular was very long and wide on me, as I am 5'4", 115 pounds, and a size 4 regular is my normal size. I didn't like the pants as they are mens pants, and not womens or girls I couldn't wear it, so I couldn't return it. We are left with two useless products and have wasted our money.
The material is thick and quite tight. I ordered my normal size thinking they run large. The pants that I had would not have worked for beekeeping since they are baggy. They are very long for someone like me who is 5'2".
