Material is stiff and uncomfortably stiff

This is a very unsettling piece. There are no lines in this picture. It is very stiff and does not "move" well. I had to send it back. It appeared to be the right size, neither too big nor too small.

I only gave it one star because there was no way I could give it any less! If you're a big guy, don't order. It's a 4x, but it fits like a small/medium men's shirt.
