Normally, I use these at around 65 degrees, and they are quite hot at that temperature. If you're not doing strenuous work, you can probably get by with less.
It runs a little large, which is great because it fits well under a jacket.

I work for a major railroad as a conductor. Although the items are a little snug, they appear to be well-made. I was able to climb all over cars and walk my train without any rips tears or anything of that kind. The straps slip and I am 100% not sure how they are attached% I'd suggest going up a size from the chart, as mine is a tight fit. The main reason I only gave four stars instead of five is that I keep mistaking the train conductor for a crossing guard. Oh well. br>br>.
I looked up rain suits on Amazon and decided to purchase this one. I'm not sure what kind of experience I would have had with the others, but this one has been a life-changing tool for me, and I wouldn't be where I am now without it. It's not perfect, but it's close. br>In a review of this suit, it was mentioned that the suspender straps slipped. I assumed the slipping was due to the suit's adjustment mechanism (a common method of adjusting suspenders that involves looping the suspender strap around a couple of plastic dowels in the adjustment device on each side of the pant, which is not unique to this product). That device, on the other hand, is not prone to slipping. What the other reviewer described is a problem I had as well: the straps slipped down my (sloping) shoulders because they were made of a slippery material. Safety pins are a good workaround, but they add more work to the process. br>The bright color is the only other thing. It's better to err on the side of visibility for my work, but this product would most likely scare animals away if used in nature observation. br>As for great features, it's light, fits well, and the hood, in my opinion, is a must-have. I'm thrilled to have this suit, and I hope it serves others as well as it has served me.
I bought this to wear while pushing carts in the rain. It's great because it's so visible that people notice me and move out of the way. It almost makes me want to wear it when it's not raining. I'm not sure how well it will hold up, but I'm confident it will outlast the Chinese-made items we were given at work. br>br>I do wish the bottoms of the legs were a little bit larger to fit over my boots more easily, and the shoulder straps do have a tendency to fall down, but that is easily fixed with safety pins, or if you don't have them, you can cross the straps over your body for slightly less slipping.
I bought these for my husband to help him stay dry at work (he works as a tow truck driver and provides roadside assistance). He only got one wear out of them before the crotch seam ripped, but he claims they kept him dry until they ripped. I just purchased these a week ago and will be returning them.
It's a straightforward set of hi-fi speakers. Rain gear, for example. It's not very durable, and because the material is so thin, I wouldn't recommend doing any kind of hard labor in it. The hood is attached to the jacket with plastic snaps; when I removed the hood from the package, one of the snaps snapped off. Nonetheless, it fulfills its primary function of keeping me dry. At the end of the rainy season, I fully expect to have to replace this item.
The first time I used them, the suspenders holding up the pants ripped off. I sewed it back on and haven't had any issues since. Legs are a little longer than they should be. The jacket is in good condition. 5'8" and 240 lbs.
br>It's very light weight, but it's also very strong and well made, so you'll stay dry even when it's pouring outside. br>br>This was exactly what I needed to keep dry in the rain. br>br>Quick on-demand br>br> Shipping was prompt, and the item was brand new, as advertised.
I'm 5'7" and 195 pounds, and the XL fits perfectly over my armored jacket, riding boots, and jeans. br>br>Other raincoats resemble trash bags that have been cut into the shape of a person. That isn't the case with this gear. This is more like a polyester cloth, and the pants did not tear when caught on the heel of my riding boot while I was putting them on. br>br>I'd buy another, but I believe this one will serve me well for a long time.
