These gowns are made of a lustrous, crisp "fabric" that repels liquids better than cheaper alternatives. The cuffs are snug, but not painfully so. Ribbed cuffs instead of gathered edges with nothing on them. Cheaper ones have a bigger fit. The gown withstands rough surfaces reasonably well, but it tears. However, you sweat so much inside that you can see a lot of beads and droplets of moisture clinging to the inside of it where you don't have any clothes on underneath. When you remove the gown, your clothes are damp. Aside from that, I adore them.
