It will work for a person who is 6' tall and weighs 200 pounds. While it will be quite large for you, you will have plenty of room to move around and that must be better than feeling confined. You may choose to roll up your legs or sleeves if needed.
I don't think it's waterproof at all. to keep dust out, to protect, and to insulate with fiberglass.

However, I am a little disappointed. Are all the pictures shown with gloves, masks, and shields in them for some reason? This list does not include any of these items. The one I ordered looked like it showed all the PPE, but I would have ordered another because it was a little cheaper. However, it is not mentioned in the writeup. There's no getting away from the fact that the pictures are deceptive.
Tyvek travel covers are very well made and contain no tearing, which is much better than the store brand ones offered at the orange warehouse. It fits better in the XXL than the small from the orange store, which were quite cheap. You can only use them while walking or working upright. The inseam between the legs in the crotch area will tear if you need to squat, or worse yet, crawl around under something for an extended period of time. Additionally, the sleeves were quite short for this size, so when reaching overhead, a gap will be visible between the wrist glove line and the end of the sleeves, so what you are spraying will drip all over your arms, run inside the sleeve area, and so on. I think they would have made these better if the crotch area was slightly larger, and the sleeves were longer this would have allowed for a little more freedom of movement.
The size runs for height not weight, so I had to get a refund. However, the description does mislead on what size should be ordered. Sticky was included in the Zipper.
