ZOHAN EM042 Digital AM FM Radio Hearing Protectors, Ideal for Lawn Mowing and Landscaping

In spite of all the abuse I've given it (dropping it, banging it against trees, etc. ), it's still working well with my iPod mobile. It's still limited in range as I wrote in my original review, so I occasionally use the AM radio. It would be a good purchase if I needed new one in the future. Review of the last 6 months Overall, very satisfied with the product, all the positive things I mentioned in my original review still apply without any added negative points. I've dropped the headset at least twice and abused it in general as I do to my other equipment. I've used the headset around 100 times (and dropped it at least twice). The product is continuing to be a great product, as I stated in my original review. A preliminary review of the project is as follows Here are the first three Review products that I have found useful and not those I was asked to review. I only review products that I have purchased for my own needs. It was important for me to find a "lower" cost noise cancelling headset and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it as It is primarily used for outdoor activities throughout the summer and fall, such as mowing and leaf blowing. In the winter, it is used for blowing snow. It has been 3 weeks since I purchased it, and I've used it 6 times since then. There are several things I like about this product1. It feels solid. 2) a reasonable cost, and 3. 3) a light and comfortable feel. 5 ) Excellent sound reproduction, 6. It is good for long battery life (4+ hours on a set of double-A rechargeable batteries, and probably longer) At that point I changed them to 7) and 8. The video includes 1) clear instructions with an easy to follow format, 2. 2) AUX port to connect my iPod. There are a number of things that aren't I am only able to listen to radio stations within about ten miles The distance is 15 miles (on the shore of central New Jersey). This is the first time I have owned a product like this, so I don't know if this is typical for similar products. I can pick up some decent FM stations in the area, but it would have been nice if I could have had a wider The AM radio reception range is unknown to me, since I do not listen to AM radio. The conclusion is The product is something I would buy Since I intend to listen to my IPOD regardless of the diminished range of FM, the limitation is of no concern to My rating of 4 stars is based on the pluses listed with the minus being the range of FM frequencies. Solid and well made, the product has a nice feel to it. My use of it can be quite rough, as mentioned earlier, so I expect that it will hold up well to it. It will be about 6 months after my winter use of a snow blower before I will update this review.

The first Zohan reviews were 5 stars, but just a couple of months into using it, they slipped to 4 stars. Three of these types of headsets are in our possession. It is easy and comfortable to use the Zohan. We had to buy another Zohan as each of the other two had developed problems. THE CHARGER CONTAINMENT AND POWER PUMP IS VERY POOR. It is not tight enough to hold the batteries inside of the compartment. In addition to the felt cloth, a square piece of felt can be placed between the cover and the A SLIDE OF THE BATTERIES! The entire set was that big! Because the spring is not adjustable, like the normal battery compartment, it is 32 bolt) in size. Getting to the bottom of the failed non-mission In addition to the thin washer, an adjustable contact was to replace it with a nut that accommodated six bits While the electronic circuitry remains intact, we struggle and struggle each time we replace batteries with adjusting the tinfoil, washers, and bolts. Having sold dozens of these, I can only recommend that you insert batteries, close the cover, and shake it lightly if you buy one. In case the batteries do move, you can return the headset or try each of the options. Using tinfoil first, washer second, or a nut if a connector is snapped is the best way to secure the wires.

As it was winter, there was a lot of snow on the ground. Mostly worked well for about 20 days, and then there was a problem with the display, basically rendering the ability to tune the radio to a specific channel impossible. I have returned 20 defective headsets to you, and one of them will be sent as a NEW product to you. It is important to be careful when making a purchase. Why on earth would Amazon do such a thing?.

My gut told me to follow my gut and I was not disappointed. Grass and weeds grow a lot around my house, so I bought this to use when cutting grass and weeds The land is largely eaten (over 4 My yard work will be even more enjoyable now that I can listen to my favorite music while I do it, and I am sure the time will pass quickly. Let's not forget that I am also protecting my hearing. Quality - A must have This is a great price! It is possible I will buy one for my brother as well.

(These radio headphones are going to ROCK. A flat ear pad and an inability to turn on the radio result in the device going off After using that unit for several years, I decided that it was time for a replacement. selected the Zohan mainly because of its price and assumed it would be a low-end model. This is a great pair of headphones! The seat is very comfortable, the radio works well, and they greatly reduce noise. These would have been a great purchase if I had bought them There is no such thing as a bad investment. This unit is well built and well worth its price.

I agree, but. . . It had almost everything I liked about my old 3M headphone that I didn't like at this radio Except for the AM band reception. I received my headphones, went outdoors to test them. The FM band was fine, loud, and controls worked great. When I tried the AM band, the static lasted until I turned my head a certain way, but an annoying hum remained. When I turned on my old 3m, I could see the AM quality clearly. Upon returning the radio to Best Buy for a replacement, I figured out that it was defective. Upon receiving the new headset, it also had weak reception on the AM band, and the static and hum were both present as well. Therefore, if you like the sound of mostly talk radio on AM, I recommend that you stay away from this radio station.
