As an aside, I think the title of this post is a little misleading, since "noise cancelling" usually implies a battery-operated device that actually cancels out ambient noise. The title says all you need to know about the device a noise-reduction ear protection for children***** Product packaging suggests this is to be used by a child over the age of 18 months. It is the size of the item that makes this perfectly reasonable
- While they fit okay, they can be a bit awkward around the ears at times - Although a little adjustment has been made- It is common for the headphones to spring back into a compressed shape when they are taken off (see image). In some cases, this can make the headphones awkward to wear, when they're halfway off the head- In terms of noise reduction, it does reduce noise intake, but still leaves certain frequencies to sound like they are ringing in your ear, which is not always pleasing. While this is not a bad product, I would not purchase this item again. (We have a different set of kid's noise reduction ear protection that is the same price yet fits better, seals better around the ears, and leaves the kid content with loud sounds. ).
Protecting the hearing of a child with these is a great idea. My own hearing impairment makes me think that any product that protects a child's hearing is great if this had been available when I was a child, I might not have had difficulty hearing, so I can appreciate how important this is. As such, all of my grandkids and other babies and toddlers in my life can wear this, so this would be fine from ages 1 to 5 years old. could communicate said that it "made noises softer" and the babies looked confused and thought it was funny not to be able to hear so well. They giggled when we talked, and the confusion turned into laughter. In my experience, they hold on to the kids' heads just fine, although older kids were able to keep them on much easier than younger ones. These are a fun look, and they're comfortable enough for the kids so I'm impressed with their performance and looks. Four out of five.
materials used in the construction look decent, and the fit (which can be adjusted) is good. It is also comfortable and relatively secure. For example, if you want to take your kid to a fireworks display, a concert that is not a sonic assault, a monster truck show, etc. Or if you want the kid to be able to focus on their homework at a noisy event. These kinds of services can be a godsend if your child is on the autism spectrum and you want him or her to have some quiet time in a public space. As I mentioned earlier, they aren't incredibly effective. While I can still hear sound when I wear them, even normal conversations, it's very muted, and I have to listen closely in order to understand what people are saying.
There are four of us in the family I have reached the age of This set of headphones is lightweight and made from good material and would be ideal for my son who is sensitive to noise. Not a single one of them is bulky I found this set of headphones comfortable for my son to wear, and they are easy to adjust to fit With this one he can leave it for a longer period of time, and they reduce noise. It collapses to a very small size for easy transportation and the padding over the headband is not very thick, but it is very effective for noise reduction. Thanks to it's very thin padding, these headphones are effective at reducing noise.
Some of my children have sensory processing issues and these have worked very well to calm and refocus their minds. In addition, they are adjustable, so I can easily take my 2 year old or my 8 year old to a professional baseball game with them. I am looking forward to taking them to a baseball game soon. I am going to be able to save my kids from getting upset from all the noise, crowds, and especially fireworks!.
The adjustment was a little annoying. The noise-dampening headphones work very well on my 4 year old daughter. Since she couldn't hear herself as well as she did before, she began talking quite loudly. There was a thunderstorm, but she forgot she was wearing them because it was so dark. It's a little annoying to have to adjust. You need to adjust the padded strip to keep it in place, but it keeps sliding out. It is also a little difficult to get the headphones to stay in the position you want when you hold them out to put them on your child's head when they are attached to a swivel-type holder. They are fine once they are on.
my rating of three stars is that my four-year-old has difficulty putting on the shoes on his own because of their collapsible nature. As he tried to use them, the lips closed shut and he got a lip injury. It is nevertheless an excellent product however, it does not imply that it will fail. He only tried them out for the first time on that day. Having put them on, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are and how well they work.
This is the ideal speaker for not only concerts but loud outings as well. There is still testing at school! noise canceling headphones have become a "thing" for kids in some schools to be required to wear during tests to minimize any possible distractions. A double win is that my daughters father takes her to the racetrack at the racetrack where he works a lot, and these have been perfect. It's easy to put them on and they block out a lot of noise, according to my daughter. My review is based on the fact that we tested them by yelling at the top of our lungs and they worked!.
