The fireworks are too noisy for my 5/6 year old, so I bought these to help him cope with the noise. They did just that and more, too. Several of the fireworks were set off by either him or one of the kids. He sat out there and watched the fireworks with the kids and was actually brave enough to set some In case I need a second pair, I bought a second pair.

Our primary reason for purchasing this was because one of my grandson's BB guns is this color. I love it. The headsets are more comfortable than his old one, and he is really enjoying using them. There were a lot of wires on the old headset, and they wore out fairly There is a lot of wire on this one, so it will hold up if needed.

The fact that these help my son keep a calm voice while still being able to hear his teacher is appealing to me. The room is quite small and is not for larger kids (I think I can get through fourth grade on the largest setting, but it's very small).

The padding is comfortable, and the headband does not pinch too much. There is no way to completely block out all noise, but it significantly reduces a great deal I definitely think it is worth the money.
