We ordered this harness so we could use it while installing a new roof. There was no customer service, so we had to return it. The size of the widget was way too small when I tried to use it. Over the last two weeks, I have tried contacting the seller multiple times, but I have not received a response. Make sure you are careful when buying!.
I bought it to work on my 10/12 pitch roof with no issues. My safety harness prevented me from doing so and it was for the best that I had it I hope that some broken bones have been saved. My experience with it was very positive, even if it was a bit uncomfortable It was a very safe to wear, with the slide lock unit working well.
Instructions were mostly text (no diagrams), and I found them to be quite poor.
We found it to be strong and easy to handle. It takes some time to get used to walking with the safety line, but it is well worth the effort.
