How does this work with the dome as it indicates in the title or does it not work with the dome as in the review?

There is no dome included with the device.

I did not include the dome in mine. The dome is what I want and I want to keep the cover and not return it to have to find another brand. What should I ?

Here's what I'm trying to say It was impossible to get any help from Amazon. It appears that we are powerless to help me with my order after I returned it twice.

My wife gave me this as a birthday gift It was impossible to find a "fiberglass dome" anywhere on the website. In reality, you have just a square cover with extra material that may allow a dome to be installed underneath, but without one, there is just a large bowl to catch rainwater.
