encouraging! I weigh 165 pounds and stand 5 feet tall. My hands are required because I work in the hair industry. On my wrists, I have a firm but flexible support. I ordered a medium but it was too tight for me, so I reordered a small and it fits perfectly; I can still move and my thumb is not wrapped around anything. They allow me to sleep in them, and they significantly reduce my pain. However, I'd prefer to see them in flesh tones so they're not as noticeable.
I'm an electrician, and both of my wrists are messed up. I've bought many different types and styles of wrist supports on Amazon, and this one is by far the best. Almost every other wristband had a strong chemical odor right out of the box, which only got worse after a long day of work and sweat. I've ordered a variety of wrist supports from Amazon, but they all smell bad and don't help me with my carpel tunnel. This one has no odor and makes me forget that my wrists are a problem most days. I'm not sure if there's a special way to wash these things, but I just throw it in the shower with some soap, ring it out, put it back on, and I'm ready to go.
As a mother of two boys, I'm constantly washing my hands. I can wear this compression sleeve all day for pain relief and wrist support while still being able to wash my hands. I wear it under my workout gloves for added comfort and support, and because I only wear it on my left wrist, I always have an extra!.
I placed an order for a variety of products to test. In addition, I believe I have tennis elbow or another painful condition in my elbow. br>br>This is a very tight sleeve. It's a tight knit with two layers. It has a lot of stretch from side to side, and you can see tiny "holes" through it, which means it's breathable if you sweat or get wet (I sew). br>br>I could see this being useful for a sprain or in situations where you shouldn't move your wrist side to side. br>br>I gave it a 5 for pain, but it didn't help me. However, it's possible that this is due to the fact that it's not designed for the type of pain I'm experiencing. I had to consciously limit my range of motion as a result of it. It did not cause my hand to swell (which is a good thing). If compression causes your hand to swell, turn bright red, or turn bluish, you should remove it right away so your blood can flow freely. This is supposed to be worn while exercising and recovering, according to the internet. Sleeping in compression wear is not recommended for healthy people. I'm not a doctor and cannot give medical advice. br>br>However, if you require it, I believe it is a good product. Unfortunately, it was not for me, but I didn't want my grade to suffer as a result.
This product was beneficial in that it applied pressure to inflamed and painful wrists. Because they are wrist bands only, they are easier to use than full wrist support bands found in drupstores because they can be left on while washing hands and do not need to be removed as frequently if you need to use your hands in water, dirt, etc. br>By wearing this product on and off throughout the day and night, I was able to reduce my pain and swelling.
This is an excellent wrist band that helped my sprained wrist heal quickly. I ordered the small size because my wrist is 6 1/2 inches, but the small size was too small for me and cut off circulation in my hand, so I ordered the medium size, which was just right. I was given a refund for the small size, but Amazon allowed me to keep the product because I'm sure I'll be able to find someone who will use it. These are something I would strongly recommend.
I've had them for months, if not a year, and I have two pairs. The good news is that they perform exactly as advertised and virtually eliminate all of my wrist problems that occur when I do a lot of computer work or play video games. It's both magical and insane at the same time. I have no idea what magic copper is, but it doesn't matter to me because they WORK, and that's all that matters. br>Okay, the bad news is that my body has become overly reliant on them. I wear them for approximately 80% of the day and I can definitely tell the difference and my hands and wrists feel rather fragile. I took them off to type this review% It's a little annoying to be so reliant on these things. br>I've been working out 5 days a week for 9 months now, and I've been strengthening them as well, so it's not like I'm neglecting them. br>To be honest, I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, but it does mean that I'm wearing these things all the time now. At the very least, they don't appear to be stupid; in fact, they appear to be quite cool. Overall, I would highly recommend them; however, you should be aware that you may become reliant on them.
I need to update my review; I gave it a five-star rating and would give it a six-star rating if I could. This company is fantastic; their products are well-made, and they stand behind them. I had a minor issue with one of the wristbands, and they sent me a replacement order free of charge. "With this company, you can't go wrong" I strongly suggest them.
