Questions & Answers
Mine, too, was a little too small. I was going to reorder, but I decided on a brand that has Velcro to adjust the size to my wrist; they should probably mention in their advertising that they run small.
Each sleeve is designed to fit both your right and left hand.
A medium would be too big for me because I have a small. I haven't had any issues with it cutting off circulation, but it did cut into the indentation of my thumb at first, causing some discomfort. To alleviate this, I simply adjusted the position of the thumb hole on my hand, which still provides the support I need without the discomfort.

br>br>I purchased them to help with my carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. They aren't very helpful on particularly bad days, but that is why I have braces. These sleeves were primarily purchased for sleeping at night because braces are uncomfortable. I have small wrists, so finding a good product is difficult. br>br>I've tried a lot of different products (including expensive sleep products), but these are by far the best. I'm able to sleep soundly without any discomfort. br>br>However, many people, including myself, had trouble with the thumb holes. They're a good size, but the compression on my thumbs made them too tight. br>br>However, the Sparthos team emailed me a few days after they arrived to see how I liked the sleeves and if there was anything else they could do to make them better. I wasn't given these in exchange for a review, so their genuine concern surprised me. I told them how I felt about the sleeves, and they responded within a few hours with suggestions for how they could help! Best product customer service; if you have any questions or concerns, contact them right away. br>br>I took their advice and dampened the thumb holes before stretching them out a bit over a jar. That seemed to solve the issue. They no longer irritate or exert excessive pressure on my thumbs. I'm so glad I didn't give up and followed their advice; this is a long review, but hopefully it will be helpful to others!.
a diagnosis It was getting to the point where I realized I needed to take action or risk never sleeping again. Because I don't have health insurance, surgery isn't an option for me. Instead, I did some research and discovered that compression sleeves can help, so I ordered some from Amazon! I didn't want to spend too much money in case my research was incorrect, so when I saw these sleeves and saw how cheap they were for the pair, I decided to give them a try, even though there were no reviews to read, and OMG, I'm so glad I did! These sleeve designs are fantastic! They were a little uncomfortable the first night because I'm not used to sleeping with anything on my hands, but I quickly adjusted, and I haven't had any numbness, pain, or pins and needles since I started wearing them. They've completely transformed my life and are without a doubt the best investment I've ever made. I ordered the Large because my wrist is 7", and they are perfect!.
My purchase has made me extremely happy. These sleeves are precisely what I was looking for and required. After having carpal tunnel surgery and trigger thumb surgery (an excruciatingly painful condition in which your thumb locks in place), I am still experiencing weakness, soreness, and pain in my wrists and thumbs several years later. These sleeves give me a lot of support and help me to feel better. For me, the size chart was spot on. My wrists are 6 1/2 inches in circumference. I considered getting a small because I have small hands and my extremities are small (I'm 4'9"), but I went with the medium as suggested by the size chart and they fit perfectly. The compression and support are just right, the fabric is breathable, and the design is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want velcro, so it's not bulky, but it's very sleek, and it stretches far enough up my arms to support my entire problem areas. I work for several hours a day, I do a lot of palates and yoga with my wrists, and I do other tasks that are taxing on my wrists and thumbs. The assistance provided by these sleeves has been extremely beneficial. I keep them on all day. It's exhausting to scour Amazon for the perfect product, and it's difficult to know what to buy, but I made the right choice by purchasing these. These are something I would strongly suggest.
If you don't want a lot of compression, you should order a size up unless you're at the bottom of the size range. These are so comfortable that I can type and sleep in them, and they significantly reduced my wrist and thumb pain after just a few days of wearing them half the time. I also like that they can be washed and don't stink like neoprene products. I'll most likely order another pair of these, as well as other Sparthos products, such as the plantar fasciitis support socks. A few days after receiving these, the company contacted me via email to ensure that they fit and functioned properly - a well-informed individual a well-run family business that appears to be concerned about whether or not their products are beneficial to you I'm very happy!.
Okay, I have rheumatoid arthritis, and my wrists, arms, and hands are sometimes too painful for me to do my job. I got these today and have been wearing them for about an hour. For the first time in days, I was able to use my hands and wrists without experiencing excruciating pain. Because I was on the border between small and medium, I wasn't sure what size to get. As a result, I'll be returning the mediums because the smalls are perfect! The only thing I don't like about it is the huge tag on the wrist end. They aren't even considered a fashion accessory! But seriously, I can't say enough good things about these!.
It's between my thumb and first finger for me. It puts an excessive amount of pressure on the webbing near the thumb. I'm not sure if it's called webbing, but I figured most people would know what I'm talking about. Using the measurement image as a guide, I ordered a medium size. It's the perfect size, so ordering a large for a larger thumb area is unlikely to result in compression loss. I'm going to try pulling them a little tighter so they cover the knuckles a little more and the area between the thumbs isn't as uncomfortable. I'm not used to having something between my thumb and first finger, either. That is my initial impression, as it has only recently arrived.
I'm pregnant, and I've been experiencing carpel tunnel in both arms for some reason, particularly at night and while sleeping. These have helped to alleviate the pain and prevent the majority of the feeling of falling asleep.
