My thumbs are severely deformed, and the bone beneath my little finger on the top of my wrist is swollen and painful. I have a difficult time using my hands due to problems in both of them. I needed extra help because my hands are so small! It was difficult to find a support that didn't irritate my fingers while also supporting my thumbs and wrists. I was looking for something that was both flexible and breathable. br>I was able to find the right combination of support, flexibility, and material to meet all of my requirements. Sweating is not a side effect of these. They provide support without restricting movement. My purchase has made me very happy. br>The only thing I'd change is to add padding to the area between the thumb and forefinger. I threw in a scrap of sheepskin that I had lying around-- it was a success My skin is extremely thin as a result of years on Prednisone, and my thumb, as previously stated, is severely deformed. I would strongly advise anyone to use these wrist supports. br>By the way, I'm a disabled RN who spent part of her career working with people with disabilities! They have a unique set of skills, and they work tirelessly and meticulously! You should be proud of yourself for enlisting their services. Thank you for your time.

During the pandemic, I went from not using a computer to being online for 14 hours a day as a teacher. I was in excruciating pain in my right wrist. I use this wrist brace for an hour or so each day (as recommended) and when I need to use the mouse frequently. The brace is extremely firm, which is exactly what it should be. So, if you don't want to wear a compression brace, size up. My wrist has returned to its previous state! Thank you very much:.

I was planning on returning them, but I changed my mind. They're cozy, but they're a little on the small side. After reading the reviews, I decided to order a size Medium because I have small hands. Because these are quite snug, as you can see in the photo, a small would have been too small. br>br>Following this review, I placed another order a few months later. To help with pain, I now wear them almost all of the time.

I have mild carpal tunnel in my left hand and purchased several tight/compression wraps before deciding on this one. It fights well, isn't too bulky, and is unquestionably of high quality.

It's the lightest, stretchiest, and firmest product I've ever seen in this category. It's snug, as it should be, because it's designed to provide compression to the wrist and hand in the areas where it's needed for typist's ache or wrist pain. I purchased this item because I've been typing a lot lately and my wrist has been hurting a lot more when I type or use my mouse. Changing mouse styles didn't help, so I figured I'd have to invest in some sort of brace. br>Braces are usually bulky, with buckles and other details that obstruct typing on a laptop keyboard; I don't wear them because they're too bulky and inconvenient. I'd tried other compression gloves, such as 'typists gloves,' and found them to be too thin, weak (like a sock over your hand), not tight enough, or simply ineffective. This glove is unlike any other. It's thick and sturdy, but not overly so. It does what it's supposed to do, it's not uncomfortable (once you get used to the sensation of the compression glove being on, it's much more comfortable because the pain goes away), and it doesn't slow me down or get in the way of typing. br>For the most part, it's just a matter of getting used to typing while wearing something on your hand, which may be an issue for some. br>I believe this glove will fit you well if you properly measure your hand and purchase the appropriate size for your needs (for compression, they recommend going down a size, for example). br>br>(Also note that I say 'glove' because I only need one for my needs, but this is a pair of gloves, right and left. ).

It was a perfect match. I have small hands and wrists, and I've finally found a brace that keeps everything together and stabilizes my thumb and wrist. I've had one Cortizone shot, and my hand hurt like hell for a week or ten days after the injection. The inflammation appeared to move from the inside to the outside of my hank. I now ice the area once or twice a week, take 500 mg Naproxen once or twice a week, and wear my brace. I haven't had any pain in weeks and can often go days without wearing the brace.
