Questions & Answers

Will an AA battery work with this device or is it really meant to be used with an alkaline battery?

If you want to use a lithium primary (non-rechargeable )AAA battery that can be recharged. Using a *3 is not possible. The battery is a 7V 10440 (AAA size) Li-ion You should not reuse a Lithium Ion rechargeable cell because the light will eventually dim if not used immediately, and the manufacturer warns you not to do I suggest using an Eneloop NiMH AAA instead, so you won't have to keep buying and disposing of batteries for so long. This won't have the same runtime as a primary lithium cell, but if long runtime is a priority, you probably don't want to go for the smallest one that uses 1 x AAA batteries.

The header describes the card as I4E, and the detailed description says it is I3E. Why is that different?

It is not "I4E" that should be used, but "I3E". It is so unfortunate that this has happened. It's the Amazon system having a problem with its display. Amazon has already received a response from our company. Thanks a lot!

Is there a limit to how wet light can How do I keep dry when it's raining so much?

An O- has been assigned to it The threaded part has a ring on it, so I presume it will be fine as long as that lasts. Assembling a telecommunication network It would get dry and would be difficult to turn, so my first step was to put a thin coating of silicone grease on it to keep it from becoming stuck. As grit adheres to it, it didn't stay on for very long, so turning the light was messy. Since then, I've been using dry lube and my problem has been Molybdenum powder, or Tungsten Disulfide as I use it, should work.

Anyone have experience with How about a lithium ion cell that runs at 7 volts? In that case, did it still work with the AAA alkaline battery afterward?

In short, yes. The first time. You will not be able to turn off the light with your bare hands if it gets outrageously hot! Lumintop Tool AAA flash lights are powered by 10440 batteries, I use them in another flash light. Three of its output levels triple, it becomes hot, but it is still A total of 3 light settings are available for the Tool. The lighting manufactured by Lumintop does NOT support the use of 10440 batteries. In the CandlePower forums, it has been reported that using a 10440 can damage the light to the point that it can only be used with a 10440 after a few minutes. This has never been a problem for me,

The Loose Head Problem and how to fix it
3/5

It has been reported by several reviews that the head of the light can easily unscrew on its own. I believe that this complaint is valid. The good news is that it is a simple The O-rings were shipped in their original condition Specifically, the ring needs to be placed in the channel farthest away from the threads (see the picture attached where it says "NOT HERE"). That was at least the location of mine, and was the location in all the pictures where the reviewers complained that the heads were When the O- is inserted The ring only needs to move a fraction of an inch in order to clear the O-ring Lose the tension on the ring and it becomes A fix for this would be to move the O-rings Just under the threaded section ("HERE" in the picture), wrap the ring up into the narrow channel. Now, it is much easier to unscrew the head of the light without it Having the head in the off position also helps to prevent water from getting into the body of the light. Other than that, this is a nice little AAA key chain light if the tiniest size is important to you, but the ThruNite Ti3 V2 is more appealing to me for having three light levels (especially the Edit

An expanded version of the close-up has been added Here's an up-close image showing how the O-ring looks in its new location I have added a picture of the original ring in case it is too difficult.

A review of the Olight i3E EOS 90 Lumen Flashlight
5/5

In this review we explore the Black version of the Olight i3E EOS 90 Lumen Flashlight. As an enthusiast of flashlights and coolers, I am always on the lookout for them. As far as I am concerned, this flashlight meets my standards perfectly The device should be as small and light as possible, 2) bright and easy to see, 3) lightweight, 4) use only 1 AA or AAA battery, 5) be waterproof, and 6) be easy to use. The positives are This is *br1. There is even less space here than with the Fenix E05 (which was already small). * * 2. The light seems to be quite bright I see about 90 lumens on it. The third point. Compared to the Fenix E05, this is even lighter. I have found this to be the lightest AAA keychain light I've ever seen. From my reviews, you can tell that I have used flashlights for a long time. In terms of all of the AAA flashlights, this one is the first one that I have no problem putting on my keychain, which is very light. 4
There is only one AAA battery needed for this remote control, which is used in many other things including your television remote. The fifth point. The optical properties are the same. This light also has the typical IPX-rated ring design as other lights in the category The submersible standards number eight. The sixth point. With the most simple interface, you simply twist in order to turn it on and again to turn it My favorite aspect of this light is its bright white color. The vast majority of other lights are operated on "high" level 95% of the time. To get to the desired setting on all of my other flashlights, except for the Fenix E11, which is my favorite light (too bad it's already been replaced with the E12), you have to cycle between the various brightness levels along with SOS or Strobe modes. There is nothing complicated here, just some simple on-line stuff It is on-and-off. The negatives are I'm so sorry! There are none. A neutral statement This is *br1. Being the smallest AA flashlight I have come across, the Fenix E11 is my favorite AA flashlight (and most favorite overall flashlight). What I love the most about it is that it has a simple CLICK of a switch to turn it on or As a result of its simple features, I probably consider the Olight i3E to be my favorite AAA flashlight since it has only one setting of "high" and requires only the simple turn on/turn off action of TWISTING TIGHT. The lighting of both flashlights is a simple one-way dimming process There are three steps to the I however prefer the CLICK switch to the TWIST switch because it is easier to use (especially with one hand). The way I like it is just my personal The twist switch may seem like a better option because it is more reliable, which is true. Those who point out that the click button switch can be accidentally activated if bumped into something will say so, Also, if this flashlight had a click button switch on it, then it would likely be longer. While all these points are true, I have found that the simple click is easier to use with one hand, and I have never accidentally turned the Fenix E11 on when in my pocket or As of the 12th of March, I have only owned this light for a couple of weeks. So far, the flashlight has been attached to my keychain, which stays in my pocket or gets thrown into a bag for most of the day. It is too soon to tell if this is a reliable flashlight, which will require constant use. A status report will be provided in a few months on the progress of this light. My previous experiences with the Fenix E05 flashlight were frustrating as four of the flashlights that I purchased (for myself and family members) failed within a year. I switched to the Fenix E11 but it continues to function just as well as I must admit that the failure of the E05 seriously affected my confidence in Fenix, regardless of how well the other lights work. In summary, I rate the Olight i3E EOS 90 lumen flashlight as a 5 out of 5 stars. A 0 out of 5 rating. I have not given anything a star. There is not a simpler, tinier, lighter, single AAA light of its kind It is something I use pretty much every day. Seeing as it is the first AAA light I feel comfortable carrying on my keychain, I keep it on my keychain everywhere. The following is an update as of The AAA light that I have ever had is easily my favorite. I also purchased a copper version ($20) and two silver versions ($13 each) as well as the black version I originally purchased. You can see how much this flashlight is appreciated by looking at this. The beautiful, but heavier copper one was taken over by my wife. We keep the silver version in our emergency kit, which is my favorite. I have owned more than one AAA flashlight, but this is the simplest, tiniest, and lightest I have ever I prefer the full power mode as it can be set to any level I want. There is a lot of time wasted trying to find the desired setting with other lights. When it comes to this one, you know that there's just one full power mode before it turns The following information has been updated as of July 8 Attached are some examples of the Olight 90 Lumens i3E EOS in black as a comparison. Here's a comparison of the Olight i3E EOS in black with the 4Sevens Preon 2 in green, the 4Sevens Preon 1 in solid titanium, and the 4Sevens Preon 2 in green. Other pictures show beam shots for 3 lights in high mode at a 20 inch distance from a white wall (preon 2 on the left, preon Preon 2 claims 192 lumens, Preon 1 80 lumens I believe, and the Olight i3E is 90 lumens according to the specs.

As the Tip loosens, it gets looser and looser
3/5

This light was great for the first month and I use it all the time. During the first month of use, the top began to losen on its own, and eventually fell I have to drive around a lot, which is annoying. The lights would often have no top or battery, just a hollow body, and I would reach for them. There is nowhere to find the top or battery, so I would have to walk around. However, I kept it since it produces some serious light for its size when it comes to brightness. I have lost the top of the light, and I am therefore unable to use it. There is something wrong with the light because it is extremely bright and the tube is really It is not my fault that the light is falling apart. For the price, I should not complain.

Pocket flashlight that is great to have on hand! 2 out of 1 of these have been purchased
5/5

I bought keychains 5 years ago for my wife and me to both carry. Nevertheless, they both work great, so I decided to pick up a second for a This is an excellent EDC because of its brightness of 90 lumens and ability to illuminate any area inside a vehicle or during shadow period. A light that can be carried on walks without weighing you down like a traditional flashlight. Despite its brightness, it is not a very long throw light, so it would not be recommended as a primary source of light for trails, near lakes, camping, etc. This is not the way it was designed. The pros include I'm so sorry! This is an extremely small and light device - Batteries (included) that operate with only AAA power, instead of the more expensive and shorter-lasting batteries used in watch models! I love the strong beam of this flashlight (one of the reasons I chose to buy it over others)
The light is surprisingly bright for a flashlight that is 90 lumens! You may have been using those small penlight type flashlights previously! The cons are It doesn't seem to have happened to me although some commenters have complained that the screw head/Switch comes unscrewed while in a As far as I am concerned, this has not been a problem.

If you lose the head end, the device is useless
3/5

Having owned this light for less than a month, I am extremely disappointed with the fact that they have made no attempt to fix the loose head issue. I love the brilliant light, but am extremely disappointed with how they have handled the loose head issue. Tonight, I didn't realize that the head base and battery were gone until I pulled the light out of my pocket to use it (I really needed some light). I have not been able to find it in my pocket or in my gym bag (the other place where the flashlight was on my keychain). It has disappeared and I no longer have the flashlight. Up to date I pointed out to the company's customer service various customers who had experienced the same issue, and they completely ignored my complaint. So I guess you see what you get for your money.
