It's fine, but to be safe, you need to check the batteries once or twice a year to ensure they are not leaking. Although I have never experienced any problems with a reputable battery such as Eveready or Duracell, I use them anyway.

I have no idea what they do, but they are just right for me. Since I live in a flat, I need a flashlight to use in the event of a power failure, or when I have to change a smoke detector battery in a dark hallway (like today). The basement in which I live is small In the event of a power outage, my kitchen and bathroom are pitch black in broad daylight. It was easy to see both the small and large flashlights from my unlit bedroom. They both performed well. I was surprised by how much more there was to it. Whether anyone could perform surgery or repair a furnace using such a light is a mystery to me, but it was wonderful to see that the beam was wide, bright and long enough for me to easily pass from room to room It was fortunate that I was able to purchase these with a 10% discount and some Amazon points so I got four flashlights for a very good price, which is even better since batteries are included as well. Since my times of needing a flashlight are unpredictable to begin with, I am hoping I can leave the batteries in without causing them to wear out. Having a couple of batteries on my night table, one in my kitchen drawer, and small ones in my living room and bathroom, I always have everything I need to get around in the event of.
The flashlights I purchased weren't the size I expected. Two of them are smaller than I expected. Although they are a bit brighter than the larger ones, the smaller ones require two AA batteries apiece. It is important to note that the standard-sized flashlights only require one D battery. The four of us are happy with them. It just took me a minute to open up each package and test it. As a result, I can't speak to the durability or battery life of their devices.
A four pack for this price with batteries included is a have a decent amount of brightness. Even though I cannot yet attest to the battery's durability, I find it nice that batteries come with it. It's also great that they can be replaced easily with regular Duracell batteries since they are the standard size and not different lithium sizes. Although they feel quite lightweight, they still feel solid. There is no doubt this is not one of those heavy duty heavy plastic flashlights that were once common for military use. They are exactly what I wanted for my house, so they work well there! There is a small wish that the material was glow in the dark so that it would be easy to locate the flashlights in the dark, but I think that may be a nice feature to add in As long as I use glow in the dark neon tape, I'll be ok. Overall, this is an awesome purchase at a good price.
There are a lot of things to love about this. As far as prices are concerned, you definitely get There's not a lot of brightness in the flag lights. I would say that they are definitely better than my cell phone and definitely better than nothing, but don't expect the beam to travel I'd keep it in the back of the car or put it on the roof of the car at night but not much more than that. It is exactly what one would expect from such a high-quality build. The plastic feels cheap and the parts are very basic.
I am not For my little boys, these are fantastic. I've let them run around, playing flashlight tag with the flashlights on for HOURS. There is still one pair of batteries in the flashlights that came with them. It has a great amount of brightness. I have dropped the flashlights multiple times on the ceramic tile floor and on the driveway, but they still work fine. This set is great for me, but more importantly, my boys love it as well. Probably I'll buy a separate set for each of them for Christmas so they have them in their own homes.
One thing I like about the 2 "good" flashlights is that once the switch is clicked on, it does not come undone. It is possible to touch the switch just a bit, or even bump the switch just a little bit (I'm talking about less than a millimeter of travel on the switch mechanism), and the flashlight stays on without flickering. Upon turning on the two "bad" flashlights, the light will flicker on and off when the slightest touch is made to the switch. It seems the tolerance of the contacts is not as good as it is for I bought this one about a month ago and it is still very cheap and very The only thing that makes me mad is the annoying noise.
Among the positives It comes with batteries, has a rather good amount of light, and switch that turns it on and off. I feel bad about this When opening, there is a nontrivial risk of a sliced hand (There is a lot of air inside them, making them bulkier than they need to be) When the battery lid is taken off to access or replace batteries, you will find that thin fins scrape your fingers as you sit the flashlight on its side.
Despite getting heavier flashlights that were significantly more expensive I was unable to replace the batteries when it was time. Since everything inside of the device was melted, that was not a good thing. Recently, we had several fires in my area at the same time that a change in batteries made none of my flashlights work. It is the basic flashlight you keep around the house that I thought I would choose this time, nothing fancy and nothing expensive just your basic flashlight. These caught my eye. As it has a lot of positive reviews, I thought I would give it a go. At the moment they are doing what they have to do but we'll have to see what happens when the batteries need to be changed. So far, they have proven to be very effective!.
