Is it reusable? Practicing with children is something that I am interested in. ?

It wasn't my intention to use it the first time in an emergency, so yes, I've tested it with my kids and do not have any concerns that it will be 100% when we need it. Similar to a swing chain, this one fits in a garage or backyard.

What is the maximum weight that it can ?

There are 450 pounds of weight per rung on the rungs. Contains more than 1000 pounds of weight capacity.

The return trip is not fun

This experience led me to worry that another fire might happen, so I purchased this insurance policy. The device appears to work as it should and I hope that I am not going to have to use it, but I am confident that I will be able to use it correctly if necessary. As I stated, I have not paid attention to it. So I am not able to give it a 5 star rating. The only benefit I find is that it helps me sleep better at night because I feel as though I have an escape route.

Despite its seal, the shipping box had not been Aside from that, everything appears to be in order. According to the description, the product was good. The reason I have not tried the escape ladder yet is that I will have new windows installed.
