Good morning, everyone! There is only one phase of 120V available for this pump.

If I understand this correctly, you are suggesting that it is suitable for using in an outdoor sump in my yard? There would be a 2" drain line connecting it to the toilet. ?

Although I'm not sure, I use it when the water table is high as an elevator pit. There's no way my fitting will fit on a 2" pipe, so an adapter is obvious. However, the product itself is of good quality.

Is the pump rated for a certain number of amps?

We are in the middle of a dry season and haven't seen the pump in action. It is a strong season, but it is a quiet one. The old pump was noisy, so it needed to be replaced.

I was able to implement it The irrigation ditch is emptied of water, the water is pushed through the 3/4-inch hose, and pistachio trees are watered. The new pump saves a lot of time over the previous 1/2 hp unit.

There's a missing part

I've had a couple of these pumps and every single one came with the float connected. The most recent pump arrived without a pin to connect the float to the switch, and the float was loose in the box. One of the staples in the box was used to create a pin.

The last Barnes pump I had lasted 13 years (vertical float became stuck so the whole pump had to be replaced). This pump is identical to my previous one, so I hope it lasts the same or longer.
