This is a piece of metal. The heater's insulation is quite thick. It should be safe if installed correctly. I'm not sure if I'll be able to comply with the law.

Coverage is determined by the room's size and shape, but a 25-foot roll will not suffice for a 200-square-foot room. ft. room. Use concrete nails if it's being installed on top of concrete, but use the same screws that were used to install the durock if it's being installed on top of a durock type product.
