There is a good variety of washers and nuts available Rings for faucets and sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. I wouldn't buy this set if you were looking to get this assortment for your tub or shower, for example to buy a stem valve for your shower because this set would not include anything you'll There are other sets I would like to look at. You may be interested in this product if you're looking to have an additional just in case for your kitchen and bathroom sinks and faucets. To demonstrate what is in this assortment, I have included a photo.
Despite the fact that the enclosed washers were not the exact size, I was able to replace two damaged washers with two of them. In the end, I reused a third bad washer, which I taped up with plumber's tape. In terms of what is included in the kit, it is well worth the price. Rubber and brass washers, as well as spigot handle screws in a variety of sizes.
In my experience, it did not work very well. There was an outdoor faucet in the house that was probably there when it was built in 1951 that I wanted to fix. I enlarged the hole in one of the parts and made a hole in another to try to fix the leak, but it didn't completely stop the leak. The faucet is bronze with 3 replaceable parts. This kit had all 3, but only one was the same size.
The old rubber washers on the sink had developed leaks, so these were purchased to replace them. It has two turning handles and is a standard old kitchen faucet. All of these washers do not The set of washers looks like a box of useless washers that will never sell since they do not.
I know of some items that are of poor quality, or that are not suitable for any application. It should be noted that the screws shown in the illustration appear to be brass, but Their length is shorter than that of the screws they may My order was shipped much later than promised, and it wasn't even picked up by the post office for a week or more after it was shipped. Earlier today, the package arrived. In fact, I will be using only two out of the seven items in the package. No fault of the vendor, just my choice to make sure I had flat washers and beveled washers as well. I went to Home Depot and found the part I needed to fix the hose bib, which has been leaking for quite some time. I delayed the repair due to our extreme freeze, but I will just go to Home Depot next time.
The right washers for the outdoor spigots I had. There will be no.
It is an assortment of good quality and appears reasonably priced. Due to insufficient stock, the flat washer I needed didn't come in the right size for the valve I needed to fix, so it may be worth checking the list to make sure it has what you need. I was surprised that it did not have one given that it's a relatively standard type of valve. One of the ones in the package I was able to use by drilling a hole in it. It is a bit smaller than it should be, but that is fine for now.
