Weight: 17 lbs. It's very light and easy to transport. I think he's fantastic.

Is this machine capable of cutting MDF or plywood? If so, what is the thickness of the material?

You can cut thicknesses up to an inch thick, but you must take your time when cutting those thicknesses. Limiting yourself to 3/4 inch is a better bet, but it will still take time.

Is it possible to cut steel with this? If that's the case, how thick should it be?

We used it to cut both aluminum and steel rods, and it performed admirably. However, the thickness should not exceed half an inch.

Where can I find a 220 volt version of this product?

A SCROLL SAW IS NOT WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT

I purchased this device to use as a scroll saw because it is recommended as a scroll saw in Amazon's reviews of the best scroll saws, and it appears in the scroll saw search results. This saw has gotten a lot of good press, but it isn't a scroll saw. The tiniest blade available is far too large for intricate scrolling. This saw is a table-top upside-down jigsaw. I've heard good things about the saw when used for its intended purpose, but it's not a scroll saw. If what you really want is a scroll saw, this will not suffice.
