To silence the sound, plug the muffler near the air inlet. The vacuum sander does not need to be plugged in.
It is necessary to have a minimum air pressure of 6. 3KG. It will suffice if you have an air compressor that meets this criterion. It can begin at a lower level, but the effect will likely be more severe. If the demand isn't too high, it can also be used.
Yes, the movement is iron and the body is made of aluminum.
You'll get the best results with a 60 gallon tank that can handle at least 6cfm. Mine runs at 11, but the tool only uses 4 cfm, allowing me to sand for hours on end.

For the price I paid, I expected it to be a low-cost item in a low-cost package. It appears that I will keep it and purchase additional accessories for it. My only gripe right now is that the pin that activates the trigger mechanism is made of plastic. The pin, I'm not sure it'll last. If it doesn't work, I'll just 3d print a trigger pin. br>br>The included accessories are more than sufficient. They don't throw in last-minute inventory to make a quick buck. Last weekend, I had the opportunity to use it to polish my cars. It didn't live up to my expectations because there isn't enough torque for it to spin freely when pressure is applied. With this, I used a 20 gallon compressor with at least 90 psi and 5 gpm, as well as a 3/8" hose and adapter. The mechanism under the thumb that controls air flow does not allow enough air to flow when fully opened. Perhaps it's for your own safety. br>br>I gave it three stars because I paid less than twenty dollars for it. I'll return to polishing my cars with my cordless drill.
I was blown away by everything that comes with this product, and it sands beautifully. To get the sander to suction the dust away, line up the holes on the paper with the holes on the sander. This sander appears to be of high quality.
For DIY'ers, this is a must-have.
It performs admirably, is lightweight, and consumes significantly less air than my DA. I used the vacuum feature on the wooden trunk, but there was still a lot of dust in the air and very little dust in the collection bag. br>br>The speed control is extremely sensitive, but it functions well. My only complaint is that there's no way to lock the sander so it doesn't start running when you put it down on its back, so you have to put it down on the sandpaper so it gets dirty.
It's better than the electric one, it's simple to use, and it comes highly recommended.
For a while, it worked fine, but the plastic piece into which the air nipple is screwed leaks air like a sieve.
It works great, but I'd like a larger tank. accomplishes the task.
I can't think of any flaws with it.
