You won't be able to do that. The engine will corrode if you use water with this tool, as it is not waterproof. You have the option of selecting the Self-Assessment option. This is the vacuum type. Powder suction kit is included in this one. I also recommend that you use this tool while wearing a mask.

You can also polish some shinny surfaces, such as furniture and cars, with a foam or cotton disc on the pad. When I'm repairing a car, I use sandpaper to polish the putty powder.
