What is the battery life of this device?

Does the front wheel have a rubber or steel rim?

Depending on what I observe, my sander may be either steel or aluminum. I am unable to confirm it right now due to the fact that I borrowed it.

In this tool specifically, there is usually a problem like this. During use, the top replaceable wheel gets too hot and melts into the bearings, causing the sander to jam. The problem is resolved by replacing wheels which are hard to find.

The tool itself is fine. front wheel on the model was not supposed to have rubber on it, and it came without any. The steel roller is all there is. I killed 3 belts in 3 welds with it. There was absolutely nothing 3M could do for me when I phoned them. A worker at Amazon told me I had to return the item. In fact, they refused to transfer me to the warranty office. It surprised me that they did not provide any customer service. 3M is normally known for making excellent products. However, they did not offer any support for their product. My wheel had to be replaced at an additional cost of 20.

I have only used it twice so far and it does not hold up. This is a million times worse than the dynabrade.

If you grind metal frequently, you have to have it! Even though I have had this tool for only two weeks, it gets into the most awkward places, making grinding metal easier than ever before

As I noticed, it had a cover at the base where you install the new belt. I wondered if I would need a torx key or anything to unscrew it to get to the area for putting on the belt. I can tell you that is not Its protective housing can be opened or closed by simply twisting the handle on the front. We guarantee you won't find this tool disappointing.

I find the quality to be poor

In comparison with other brands, Sanders uses an excessive amount of belts at an exorbitant price. There is an average of 1 belt per spot weld, which is a travesty. It failed on the very first use because the roller bearing at the end of the arm had failed. A refund request was submitted to 3m, but no response was received.

The tool is great however, why have I not received a credit for it even after returning it over a week ago? I decided that I should modify a smaller version of the vehicle I am working on for the project I am working on

I was able to remove internal welds with no problems

With this product, I was able to easily remove and smooth weld seams for a smooth telescoping fit on metal tubing and pipe. This made building adjustable material stands and supports quick and easy.
