not sure. 1 inch staples are required, and one inch equals 25 staples. They could work or be too tight at 4 mm. My staples are 25mm long, according to the boxes.
The staples that have been glued together are the only ones that have been used.
No, this is a flat staple, similar to the ones used in wooden shipping crates. It's specific to the staple; I had to order staples because the big box de Walt staple wouldn't run.
The staples were Senco brand and I purchased them from Grainger.
Selected User Reviews For Freeman PWC50 Pneumatic 16 Gauge 1" Wide Crown Stapler for Senco P Type Staples
This gun is very picky about the staples it can use; the manual states that it "uses generic 16gaga 1" crown staples," which isn't correct; deWalt, spot nail, and Bostich won't fit the rail; you'll need a true 1" OUTSIDE dimension staple, not the ones sold in big box or hardware stores. After two weeks of searching, I've ordered some Senco staples in the hopes that they will fit, otherwise this gun will be returned!.
No problems, great staplerbr>Compares to Bosch or Hitachibr>It has successfully completed two roofing jobs.
He also plans on using it for home repairs. This is an excellent resource. We wish we had purchased one sooner!.
Cedar shake siding was installed with this tool. There were no jams, so it worked perfectly.
Good quality tool; I also have a Freeman siding nailer and have had no issues with it. Make certain you get the right staples. Staples from Bostich and Stanley will not work in this situation. Generic staples, whatever that means, should work, according to the manual. After purchasing a case of Stanley staples, I discovered this the hard way. Ugh!.
This stapler was ideal for stapling up lath in preparation for the stone veneer installation. Tool breezed through hundreds of Staples without missing a beat. One of the most useful Amazon purchases I've ever made.
It works great and is inexpensive. The gun was never jammed or missed a shot. It is simple to load and use. P type 1" crown staples are used.
The unit was delivered promptly and in good condition. Fits my 1" wide staples perfectly and feeds them without a hitch. If you have a jammed staple, the front gate is easy to open.
