I work as a tile installer and install cement wet beds on metal lathes for a living. For the past 15 years, I've been using a bump head craftsman 1/2" air gun. I tried to order a new case of staples for that gun online, but they were out of stock. I purchased the duofast gun because it appeared that staples would be available in the future. I was apprehensive about using the fully automatic mode. When I first used it, it paid for itself. I stapled about 15,000 staples into an 800-square-foot floor with no misfires or jams. It halved the time it took to staple the wire lathe to the floor. Everyone on the job, including myself, was blown away by how quickly and accurately the staples were inserted. This stapler is fantastic.
I've been working in construction for 15 years and this is one of the better tools I've ever bought. Our crew puts a lot of wear and tear on tools, and they quickly wear out. I've shot over 300,000 staples through this gun and it has never jammed; if this one ever fails, I'll buy another. It was well worth the money.
This weapon is ideal for me, and I believe it would appeal to a wider audience. If you're doing siding or roofing, it makes the job of installing the underlining go a lot faster; it can even make it easier to do it by one person, eliminating the need for a second hand; I know it's pricey, but it's well worth it.
It's a fantastic stapler. We put five of them in the field and use them all the time; they're great and I'd recommend them to anyone. You can change the speed to suit your needs.
For a great price, this is a fantastic product.
Full auto capacity with 200 round magazine, firing at a maximum but variable rate of 1 per trigger pull to 1200 rounds per minute fully automatic, simple safety to use, no tear tip Works great on Tyvek, tar paper, and co-extruded materials. workers. br>br>Highly recommended for anyone working in the construction industry who wants to save time; it reduces tyveking time from hours to minutes.
It's fantastic! I had to slow it down because it was moving too quickly. At high speeds, the door did not jam. Good gun. It's quite effective.
