Victory was flawless
5/5

This tool will significantly reduce the amount of time it takes you to complete your task. I used it to install black bamboo flooring (wait, what?). It worked perfectly (as you can see in the photo). You must reduce your PSI for bamboo flooring, which was 85 PSI in my case. Start with a low pressure, such as 75 PSI, and gradually increase the pressure until the staple is flush with the hardwood tongue (test with scrap). It has a handy "pre-installed" feature. br>br>It comes with a nifty "pre-installed" feature. finished- a "flooring adapter foot" that protects your pre-existing flooring while putting in the completed floor There's no need for a piece of 2x6 to align and tighten the floor planks if you tap directly on this adapter foot. If you don't want to use it, don't have it, or want to get close to the wall, tape all sharp points of the tool, including the bottom shoe, with blue painter's tape, and voila, no scratching of your newly installed floor. br>br>Be sure to lubricate it as well. Finally, use the appropriate spacer shoe for your floor thickness; in my case, that was the 5/8 spacer.

It includes a stapler mallet
5/5

Because it isn't stated in the product description, I'm going to assume it comes with a hammer/mallet. Because I assumed it didn't come with one, I purchased one. br>For the professional installer, these staplers are ideal. Because of the price, I wouldn't recommend this for a one-time DIY, but I've had one for over ten years and it's been a trooper. This is the first new one I've purchased, and it works great right out of the box. Just remember to oil it every other day.

Everything is in order
5/5

I needed to lay about 256 square feet of 3/4-inch pre-finished hardwood flooring. maple flooring that has been finished A professional flooring company sold me the floor. They suggested using a stapler instead of a nailer, claiming that it would do a better job of fastening the floor and cause fewer squeaks over time. I'm also planning on using the stapler on a 750-square-foot project. br>br>The stapler from Bostitch did an excellent job. The pre- The completed flooring foot was flawless. I didn't have any snags, and I had all of my staples. The tool was simple to operate and allowed for operations in tighter spaces due to the pneumatic action. If you're close to a wall, you can actually come down hard on the actuator if you've pre-programmed it. sat on the floor During the final rows, I used wedges. Of course, it's impossible to finish right up against a wall. Because this was 2 1/4 inch flooring, I used about 3000 staples. br>br>Because this is a pneumatic tool, it must be lubricated. Each day of use, I gave them a drop of oil. br>br>Amazon two-day delivery arrived on time.

Tacker for the floor by Stanley
5/5

I just finished installing hardwood flooring in the foyer, and this "machine" made it so simple. We had previously rented floor tackers, but with the intention of laying hardwood throughout the house, we realized that purchasing a tacker would be more cost effective than renting multiple times. With the exception of a few "operator errors," it worked flawlessly. Make sure the unit is completely flat on the floor and not perched on the hardwood's "tongue. " You'll have a staple in the top of your wood if you don't. We had a few hiccups along the way, but once we figured out what went wrong, the rest of the job went smoothly. This is a product that I strongly suggest.

I'm very happy! This stapler was purchased by my husband and me in order to install hardwood flooring throughout our 3000 square foot home
4/5

We assumed that because we had so much to do, renting would be more expensive. Our purchase has been a great success for us. It is simple to operate this machine. It's simple to use and doesn't put too much strain on your back if you take breaks. br>br>We had to fiddle with our air compressor a little to get the pressure just right because the staples didn't go all the way in on our first couple of attempts. I don't think it's the stapler's fault, but it's worth noting! br>br>We're also putting in Tigerwood flooring, which is known for its density. having a bit of a swagger! We'd heard that installing properly might necessitate the use of a professional stapler - Stanly Bostitch, on the other hand, has completed the task! br>br>The reason for my four-star rating is because The reason I didn't give it five stars is because I had to go out and buy an adaptor to make the attachment work with a standard air hose. I just got back from Home Depot. For $5, I bought one. 99, but the employee who worked there thought it odd that it didn't come with one. After looking at the other pneumatic machines at Home Depot (including the Stanley Bostitch Pneumatic Floor Stapler) - it's not a big deal, but it would have been nice. It was the only machine that needed an adaptor; everything else was standard.
