In order to do our jobs, we require it.
Very well, if I may say so. Bite was from a Bosh. It is an 8 foot rod that goes into the marvelous Missouri By habit, I also added a few drops of dish soap and water to the dish.
In searching for the largest SDS bit I have found, I only found 1 3/8 (trade size 1 inch emt hole), but digging through product specifications, it appears that 5/8 inch is still the maximum bit size.
With # 4 bar, 5 inch holes were drilled through poured concrete that is 12 inches thick. In 3 holes, the bit looked as good as new after only a half hour each. CO made bits that I've tried A Bosch bit had also been purchased just in case and it was returned because Z worked flawlessly

The tool I have always wished I had for this purpose, and without the clumsiness of a power cord. My corded hammer drills burned out three or four times in the past. They were high quality models from Ryobi, Milwaukee, Although they used a careful technique, they still took up to an hour to drill relatively few holes in concrete. Those who are in need of a drill doctor can have the DeWalt SDS tool. I would recommend purchasing the SDS Plus Dust Extractor that goes along with this, even though it's a big investment. This method requires no mess, no masks or respirators, no waiting the entire time, and no cables at all. There are just Having the combination makes you feel like finding some brick/concrete so you can drill lots of holes to see if it is real or if you are just dreaming, regardless of whether you need any more You can compare prices. For those not in the construction industry, the pricing on this one represents a significant investment. It might as well just be worth the investment, even if you want a long-term closet organizer for those projects around the house.
As soon as I drilled the first hole (2" deep with a 3/16 bit) into brick, which took me only a few seconds to install my tapcon, I knew it was worth the price! Prior to this I had only had a regular Dewalt hammer drill, but this one is a night and day difference, especially when drilling into a hard material such as bricks. When I started it, I used my 6AH Flexvolt battery and it lasted for so long that I don't know how many holes it drilled.
Exceptionally strong, smooth and fast operation. Will drain a Flexvolt 60V battery quite a bit, but this is to be expected when boring holes in concrete. There is only one feature with this tool I dislike - it lacks power in the chipping hammer and jackhammer settings. Although I have drilled out the perimeter and the inside of this block with drill bits, it is still taking forever to chip away the Battery-powered devices are somewhat expected since they are powered by batteries. The situation is still very disappointing.
A tool from dewalt that is undoubtedly the most robust of them all. My Kindle has been with me for nearly four months now, and I am absolutely in love with it. This device is resilient. It can withstand a lot. The glazier trade will benefit from this product.
There are several things listed for this item The DEWALT 20V MAX SDS Rotary Hammer Drill was designed to enhance productivity. It is impossible to use an SDS Max bit with this tool, as the description on the tool or in the box does not contain "Max SDS". The act of returning the tool is irritating, but it's even more irritating that I have to spend $4 to do so.
I could feel like a hot knife cutting through butter as this thing drilled through my block wall. The stucco I damaged was more than I expected as I had gone too fast. It would have been better if I had drilled from the stucco side in, but I wasn't expecting how quick this machine Having not thought of the differences between a normal hammer drill and a rotary hammer drill, I had expected a normal hammer drill to deliver the same results.
The fence post I was going to anchor to a boulder on one of my properties had no electricity, and I wasn't going to haul a generator out there to power my electric rotary hammer just for this job. With the DCH273B, we drilled four 10" holes into the boulder and chiseled through an old concrete footer that needed to be repositioned in a matter of seconds. In addition to this, it is fairly loud hammering concrete or stone, so make sure you get some good hearing protection, One more thing to be aware of make sure to also have SDS drill bits. The pros are Please note - It is versatile and powerful enough to handle demolition and Please note - There are very few SDS bits that need to be changed, as they are durable. The chisel bit I had stuck in concrete had to be removed with a 5/8"x12" bit, so I removed it. The possibility of it being broken or damaged wasn't of any concern to me. Please note that The perfect addition to any DIYer's toolbox or professional's desk. Additionally, if you plan to drill overhead, I would recommend the dust collector attachment. The cons are Please note - I expected a lighter version, but it's more heavy-duty than I was expecting. I found it more difficult to hang than my normal 20v drill from a tool belt. Please note - This cordbound version is more expensive than its cord-bound Please note - It's a SDS bit system, so I'm glad I got a few SDS drill bits first.
Combined with two batteries with a capacity of 4 amp hours, I bought this. It took me roughly 64 holes to drill into reinforced steel Drilling on walls, some of which were over my head, was my job. There is nothing I love more than.
