The Milwaukee warranty is included in the purchase price of this product? There is no warranty if they are bought on Amazon, I have been told. ?

As of yet it has not been broken. Can't say for sure. It is true that m18 tools purchased from Home Depot or Amazon are repaired by Milwaukee service centers. We offer our services at no cost.
