Nothing else was included except for a hard case. Drilling and a depth rod are all that is required.
The 3" hole can be drilled with a core bit (similar to a whole saw used for wood). It's a little small for such a big job, and it'll take longer than a tool designed to drill 3 inch holes quickly, but it'll get the job done. If you need to drill a lot of 3" holes for a business, get a larger drill for three times the price; if you only need to drill one or two holes, rent a unit. Core bits for masonry work aren't cheap.
In a lot of situations, yes. I'm an electrical contractor, and I bought this and the ground rod driving bit for one of my guys. In most cases, it works; depending on the situation, you may need to apply more or less pressure; however, extremely difficult situations may necessitate the use of a large hammer swung violently.

It was well worth the money. When used in conjunction with the Milwaukee 4-speed transmission, the result is a powerful combination. I drilled into a concrete slab like butter (and hit rebar a couple of times).
Drilling concrete is a breeze with this tool.
The board performed admirably.
The dust rubber is missing, and grease is leaking out when the chuck is in use. Could you please send me that dust rubber so that I can keep the chuck from being damaged?.
