Questions & Answers

Can you tell me the decibal level?

As with any other compression, it works in the same way. The sound is light, not so loud that it bothers you, when I use it in the houses I work on.

This is used by a framer, if so, how is it kept. Do you have sheer on?

If you are a framer, it does. I am a framer and I have been running 3 guns while framing at a quick speed like me and my guys. Also, you can run 1 gun while nailing off the sheer. The speed of our crew is the speed of our pieces. Any other compressor of its size pales in comparison to this one

What is the manufacturer of this compressor?

The furniture is made in the United States, according to my research. Since I've owned this compressor for quite some time, I can tell you it is the best compressor I have ever bought and I've owned over 20.

What is the average duration you've used it for? How long has it been in use?

However, there is an even more important point- How many people use it all the time? My farm shop runs hard all day long when I'm working there. I don't use it every day, but it always runs when I'm there. It has been reported that some guys obtained a Mak 5200 with similar specs for $100 less than a Mak 5200 with the same specs. This is "VT25". In any case- If I tried this unit I would soon find out if the Mak warranty was valid due to the limited duty cycle of this unit.

There is no substitute for quality
5/5

In my opinion, it was well worth the price. I have owned this compressor for one year now, so I think I am qualified to comment on The fact that there are other compressors cheaper than the one presented here should be obvious. Despite what I have asked of it, it has done everything without a single hiccup. A better compressor than any I've used in the past is this one. It starts immediately and maintains pressure in the tank better than other ones. At first, I was hesitant to pay the price, but now I realize that it was a wise investment. There is no need to worry about it starting up at the right time. This device has proved extremely reliable over the past few years. Despite its solid build, you can really feel the quality of this product. Although the table is heavy, its wheels stabilize it very well when it is moved from one place to another. I will be away for a week on 1/21/21 The compressor I own has been with me for more than two and a half years. Over the last year or so, I have purchased a paint sprayer to use with it. At first, it was mostly for my nailer. Spray guns do not have any problems keeping up with this compressor (at 50 PSI). In addition to spraying texture on interior walls, I've also used it for other tasks. . Again, thanks a lot. I am able to keep up without any problems. As a result, I am able to work uninterrupted. The cylinder can be topped off directly from a compressor, without waiting for it to refill. It has been two and a half years since I bought this compressor, but I am still very pleased with it. As for the price, I think it is worth the investment.

A favorite compressor of ours! used to have one of these previously but it wore We use these harder than they are meant to be used as framing crews
5/5

The majority of our work is done with a single weapon, but sometimes with two. We bought a new one because of how well it handled all our abuse and how many years it lasted before the windings burned out! The price on Amazon was just too good to pass up. I was trying to support folks I knew locally, but the price on Amazon was just too good. When the old one burned up, we had no choice but to order a new one at the best possible price, as we had not anticipated having to buy another one at that time. The thing is powerful, but it is quite heavy. As long as it keeps up with us, we will be fine. I find it very convenient to transport and it can be carried even by one person (if they have The Rolair products are great, and I hope they never stop making them!.

I am still running strongly after two years, on February 17th, 2020
5/5

A reliable compressor that's still in good condition. It can be used for stone carving, and it is also used for Due to the small capacity of the tank, it runs a lot, so I added an extra tank of 10 gallons, which made a big The situation remains satisfactory for me. Nothing to worry about.

It was not the way it was described
3/5

There was no evidence that this compressor did what it was supposed to. A failed attempt to run two nailers at the same time caused me to have to pull them apart. The engine ran so fast that I was not able to keep up with it at all. Message

Update I need to pay another 115 dollars for shipping if I want to return the item. I have no idea what this is about.

This compressor is of great quality

There is only one negative - it's hard to reach the drain valve. The problem was fixed by removing the silcone grip and replacing it with a 4" nylon strap. There is now a point that is easy to reach, but not so far away from your foot that it will hit you.

5/5

My experience in the 4 New England seasons was over 2 years and I haven't let my clients down a single time. It can handle high volume work like a belt drive torpedo at half the size (within reason, it cannot hold a 6 man roofing crew going full-time Despite its tilt, it can easily handle up to 6 trim guns or four framing guns running at 110psi in an ergonomic manner. In this case, if you're only using a few guns, you can My favorite thing about it is the firing rates, these are the best I've ever seen. It can run remotely on a 12 gauge cord off of a 15A homerun without popping, IF nothing else is drawing more than 1A from it. In my opinion, that is one of the only two cons of this game that aren't an issue for me. It is not as quiet as a belt-drive it is much quieter compared to any 6 gallon pancake screamer, but it clocks in at approximately 85db on my meter, and you will be able to hear it running when it is heavily used. you're really analytical, the bearings on the wheels are DS and they slop a lot. Those are the words. My god, what a word. )Notwithstanding that, I highly recommend this thing, and it was well worth every penny. Excellent craftsmanship, and built to last.

A great deal of quality for my money
5/5

For the price, I made the right decision. It feels like everything is in order. I was surprised to find out how thick the tube frame was. I was pleased with how it was packed We're going to start by saying In the manual, I was unable to find any information addressing break in procedures, so I did some research and adopted some of the more common ones. As soon as I emptied the whole bottle of oil into the tank, I started the engine. In addition to making sure the oil level was perfect, I made sure the drain valve was open, then ran it for about 15 minutes until it cooled. In the next step, I ran it for 30 minutes (with the valve still open) and then let it cool down. It was then run for another 30 minutes before the drain valve was closed. During the run of the compressor, I allowed the pressure to reach 60 psi before dumping the air to zero psi. I did this a couple of Since the manual states that you should time the fill process, I did it. The time it took was I originally noted in the manual that it took 13 psi to go from 0 to 130 psi. The oil was drained after approximately 8 hours of usage, and I replaced it with high-quality WD-40 The oil level must be at the correct level for compressors. Upon looking at the old fluid, I noticed a deep silver tint. One of the most important points that the manual made was that the compressor should be started with no load (with the drain valve open), let it warm up for a few minutes, then close the valve and go to work. Due to its design, I cannot dock my rating despite the fact that it is a direct drive and therefore loud, but not the loudest I've heard. IR twin stack was not as powerful, and it didn't have wheels or a fold down handle. This brand was my choice since it was more efficient. Reviews from independent contractors (as well as consumer reviews) were excellent. The compressor I have works great for what I am trying to accomplish with it. You can drive nails with it all day long (two framing guns) without any problems. I love how it powers my 1,000ft/lb impact wrench so well. But I won't hold my breath. I want to see how it performs when spray painting and with continuous-use air tools, like a die grinder. While I am aware that this compressor has limitations, it is still very useful.

One of the best small compressors I've ever purchased
5/5

One of the best small compressors I've ever purchased. As a carpenting contractor, I've used most of the brands of compressors that are available. Having become a huge fan of Rolair's gas compressors for framing houses, I purchased this Rolair electric compressor for trim work (4 trimmers) to replace a 2 year old Rigid that had Our 2 foot thick basements have been framed with 3 and 4 inch walls, so it really can keep up The four framing guns are running at the same time without any pressure issues.
