For some reason, the Amazon truck dropped it so I had some damage, but they paid for the parts and gave me a discount after I fixed In general, I am very satisfied with the compressor, as it's done all that I needed it to do and even more.
I am not happy with the packaging. It is easy for it to be damaged in transit. A significant amount of damage was found in the first delivery, which had to be returned. There was light damage to the second one. A little frustrating getting up and going, but seems to be working now after first removing the protective shield and adjusting the motor mount. Instructions do not mention removing the protective shield and adjusting the motor mount, as the factory setting has a loose belt.
I am pleased with how easy this compressor is to use. I haven't had any problems with it so far, and it is pretty quiet compared to my old CH hot dog compressor. I am very happy with it!.
I am pleased with the quality of the tool, and it was delivered on time.
A great product at a great price.
SEARS is where I purchased this air compressor. In spite of being brand new, the tank was filled with a considerable amount of rusty water. Based on the tests that the manufacturer performed, I was told that the tank should only contain drops of water The tank of my machine had approximately a quart of dirty water in it. Sears sold me a used/returned item, and that is the only thing I can think of as an explanation. It appears that the air compressor itself is well built. Sears is the cause of my problem.
