I'm not sure, but it appears to fit both of my 5 criteria. My wife's WD06750 (about a 3.0 gal) and my WD12450 (about a 12 gal). 0-6 gallons or 7 gallons model. They even have different sized hose connections, but the filter cages that house these filters are the same, complete with the floating ball safety.
No, it's for a 5–9 gallon tank.

Though the product advertisement, as well as the box itself, can be deceiving, this was exactly what I needed. For my Ridgid wet/dry shop vac, I needed the 4000, 5000, or 6000 filters. The 4000 are the ones that you should be looking for. The 4200 refers to two 4000 filters in total. In fact, the box tries to convey two distinct meanings to you. However, these are the 4000 ridgid filters you're looking for, and they're less expensive than buying two of them separately.
These filters are perfect for my needs; I prefer a clean filter in my "HD" (I'm not sure if I can call it that) vacuum, and they're less expensive than the Big Box store and delivered right to my door! They aren't the most expensive, and they don't have the best filtration. If you need a HEPA or superfine dust particle filter, these are not the filters for you. However, if you only use it to vacuum the garage, shed, and other similar areas, these are ideal! I always have a spare because there are two in the box! Excellent value for money, and it meets my requirements.
These are preferable to the "HEPA" blue filters, which clog up too quickly and limit vacuum suction. I also use them with a bag to trap more particles, and it's much easier to remove the bag and dump out fine sawdust or drywall particles, for example. The pack was adequate because it included both the required and backup filters. br>br>As a side note, the Ridgid "HEPA" filters do not meet the requirements for true HEPA filters under the lead paint regulations, and I would not use them with a Ridgid vacuum when dealing with asbestos.
I'm not going to do it again, and I'm not going to do it any time soon. Filters for your shop vacuum can be purchased in a very simple and convenient manner. I learned the hard way what it's like to use the unit without a filter. It was time to turn on the wood stoves in our house for the winter, so I pulled out the vacuum cleaner. Because I didn't have a filter, I blew black soot all over the house, which did not make Mama happy. I'll never do it again, and when I do, I'll come back here to order filters.
When I clean around the house, I tend to go a little crazy, so I have to replace my filters on a regular basis because they get caked with all kinds of gunk and other nonsense. Every time I replace a filter, I'm reminded of how wonderful the shop vac is!.
The first order had to be returned because the filters were delivered in a flimsy box and one of the filters was damaged. I immediately placed a new order with the manufacturer, and I returned the first set. These filters are ideal for use with my Ridgid wet/dry vacuum. If I were the manufacturer, I'd ship these in a more robust package.
Good: carries out the task; Even with a lot of crud in the filter, it has decent airflow. When wet, there is no evidence of deterioration. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, There was nothing noteworthy. Five out of five stars.
For my 12 gallon Ridgid Wet-Vac, I needed a new filter. Dry vac that was most likely constructed before cell phones were widely used. These are perfect for you! I'll have a spare because there are two in the pack.
