The vacuum comes with a bag like this.
No - The Fein PN 69908195015, which is available at Walter Tool, is what you need.
AFAIK. If you don't use a bag, the secondary filter will quickly clog and you'll lose suction.
No, they're only good for a single use. They do, however, last a long time and do not lose suction as they fill, even when filled with drywall dust or fine dirt.

I spent a year researching shop vacuums for my home wood shop before settling on the Fein. I'm glad I went with it because it's quiet, has an auto start feature, a long hose and cord, and, most importantly, it works well. I like the auto start feature because it eliminates the need to manually turn on or off the vacuum. So far, it's served me well with my table saw, jointer, and router table. For use with my hand-held sanders and other small tools, I also purchased a second hose and adapters from Rockler. This has been the perfect product for my shop and needs; we had a leak in our laundry room the other day and had water all over the floor, so I got to use it as a wet and dry vac. I removed the fleece filter, which quickly absorbed all of the water. The hepa filter did not get wet in the way that it was supposed to. My only gripe is with the price of the filters. They're great, but they're pricey. I highly recommend them!.
If you own a Fein shop vac (or any vac for that matter), you are well aware that replacement bags will be required sooner or later. These bags are perfectly suited to the Fein TURBO I. Without the use of a bag, some shop vacs can be used for dry pickup. Ridgid 4 is the name of my Ridgid. One of these is the 5 gallon vacuum. However, this places a significant load on the filter, causing suction loss to occur sooner than expected. Then there's the unpleasant task of removing all of the nasty dust from the filter so it can be used again. To be honest, I could have simply swept it up in the first place if I wanted to reacquaint myself with that old dust. No, the point is to keep all of the nasties contained in the bag, in the vacuum, so we never meet again. This only works in the long run if you have extra bags on hand. br>Plan ahead.
By reusing items, I am able to save a significant amount of money. These bags will be used. Remove the dust, then replace it. The attachment cardboard opening may become loose after a number of uses. I simply glue it on, let it dry overnight, and then replace it. Four separate machines are connected to the dust collector. The bags can be filled fairly quickly.
These are a refreshing change in today's world of made-in-China shoddy goods. They are, of course, more expensive than paper bags, but you get what you pay for. I would buy it again because of the excellent quality.
The smallest amount of effort yields massive results. The instructions for connecting these bags to the vacuum are a disaster. On the intake hole, there's a mysterious tab with cryptic, at best, mounting instructions. As a result, the seal is compromised, and matter leaks out of the bag into the canister.
I chose this vacuum system because it is compact and light, which is important as I get older and carrying things around makes a difference at the end of the day. I've had this vacuum system paired with a machis with a makita sander polishing acrylic Countertops for up to 9 hours A- It has never let me down since the first day I bought it.
The fein vacuum bags are fantastic. Nothing gets into the atmosphere because the dirt and dust are trapped. Keeps your vacuum cleaner in tip-top shape. br>Will buy again for sure, and at a great price.
The use of bags is fantastic. There are no issues.
