Questions & Answers

Where did the price increase come from? They were $36 the last time I bought from Amazon. Various vendors are selling them for $30 from a quick Google search. ?

According to Amazon's algorithm, they adjust prices to eke out as much profits as possible. Before making a purchase, consider all your choices.

Do these bags have a single purpose? Can they be thrown away after they have filled up?

It is true that the bags are one-time-use only. They will keep your filters clean, so I recommend using them.

What makes these fleece bags superior to disposable paper fiber blend bags, which are more affordable?

There is no comparison between paper bags and fleece bags when it comes to capturing fine dust. It is worth it to spend a little more now so the dust extractor can maintain a high degree of suction and therefore the filter's lifespan will be prolonged too. In spite of the vacuum's auto-clean feature, dust will still collect over time in the dryer's filter. More dust means By buying replacement filters in time, you will be able to save yourself money. Adding to this, my fleece bags don't even experience a drop in suction when the bags are 90% full, something paper bags fail to achieve

Can you tell me where these are ?

Although I'm not sure about where mine is manufactured, I am very satisfied with it. I have weighed a few of the dust bags after they are finished. I didn't lose suction in one of the extractors, although the one I had was 27 pounds, so I wasn't going to use it anymore.

The filter does a sensational job
5/5

Let me begin by defining exactly what nano means in relation to the Makita VC4710 since I think the Amazon ads throw the word around too loosely and inaccurately I agree - It is the Makita filters themselves that are called nano In addition to HEPA filters, you can also install them here. Using the Makita fleece bag allows you to capture the dust and debris before they get to the filters (and it is not a nano bag by itself)Br>br>- In order to keep my vacuum cleaner clean, I use plastic Makita disposal bags to line the interior. I bought this model seven years ago. I am currently using those bags on an older model Makita VC4710 industrial vacuum cleaner that I purchased around the same time. It's mainly for cleaning my house that I use the vacuum. Since I can reach most rooms without a move of the cleaner, I don't need to rent a hose to reach every room. The fleece bag I used for the past 3 months has recently been changed by me We've had the vacuum cleaner for 4 years now, and what a surprise to see it! There were no signs of wear and tear on the original nano filters or the vacuum unit's interior! By the end of the trip, the fleece bag had captured almost all of the dust and As I cleaned the filter elements with compressed air, I saw no dust coming off of them at all after three rounds of cleaning. It has been 4 years since I have used Moreover, I use Makita disposable plastic liners to keep the vacuum cleaner bin clean, and none of the dust that escaped the fleece bag made its way outside! The plastic liner and the nano filters were re-used, and the fleece bag was put in a new one. As an added bonus, the fleece filter bag was only 30 cm By the third day, 40% is full It has been used for 4 years. In addition, if you are cutting asbestos with HEPA filters and doing asbestos abatement, the fibers are so tiny that some may have passed thru the fleece bag and been embedded in the HEPA filters, so you use them to prevent release of asbestos into the environment (or The regular fleece bag is ideal for general industrial use if you need to protect your goods from external elements Leading non-stop, non-stop I think they will do an incredible job of protecting the nano filters and interior mechanical components of the vacuum, so that they will last as long as possible even when exposed to asbestos dust and debris. It seems to me that Makita did a wonderful job in designing the vacuum cleaner unit and parts of the VC4710.

Dust bags are great
5/5

The vacuum bags are great for collecting dust. I am amazed at how sturdy and thick I like the vacuum, but much of what makes it so good is the vacuum I like it! There is a lot of debris in there.

It is a superb filtration system
5/5

As part of the remodeling of my home, I use fleece. A very good filter. I am remodeling my home, and I use fleece bags for dust extractors. It disappears and disappears inside the bag, and the wood chips, drywall, and MDF chips stay inside.

An issue with the seams
3/5

have bought these filters for my new Makita vacuum that works as advertised, although it appears that these are defective filters, as three have failed at the bottom of the filter, the original and another have been fully filled up with no problem, I use the vacuum when grinding concrete high spots.

The price was extremely reasonable
5/5

Dust collection from fine dust is made easier by using fleece bags. Makita's Dust Extractor does a better job at collecting dust that I use at work, but the bags I purchased here are cheaper and hold more material than my Bosch Dust Extractor, which you may also find to be due to its better performance.

These work pretty well for masonry dust, and they protect the vacuum filter from getting clogged
4/5

A bag of mortar is cut per day for tuckpointing with an 8" saw by my guys. Usually, they are also prone to breaking in the middle of filling, so the cardboard gasket that attaches the bag to the machine can often tear away before the bag is filled.

This is a simple, effective, and high-performing system
5/5

It is easy to use, has a high capacity, and is effective. The vacuum, when combined with the filters integrated into it, is very close to being dust-free. As far as I can tell, I did not find any.
