I think this is the one thing you have to buy right now. I think it was an investment worth knowing! It seems that both the 'buzzing sound' issue and the sudden sudden complete halt of our Wii has plagued this system. As soon as we opened it, we knew it was a threat. I had some trouble inserting a disc into the console because the console could not read it for some reason. It drove me crazy, so I decided to take the Wii apart to see if it had any obvious problems. It was my 2 year old who shoved a sucker stick into the game slot, blocking the laser from reading the discs. I pulled it out and it was as easy as that Everything seemed to be in good working order. I was sure I would have ended up with many stripped screws and a lot of frustration without this screwdriver.

There are so many Screwdrivers offered by Triwing at Amazon that I was not sure which one to choose. It has been noted in nearly every review out there that the screwdrivers "strip" after the 3rd use, a sign that many of these are poorly crafted. I thought this screwdriver looked different from the rest, so I thought I'd give it a try. This screw driver was great when I took apart my Nintendo Wii (to repair a faulty DVD drive) and soon after I was able to repair it. There were no problems removing the Wii triwing screws with this tool. Despite the fact that the tip is worn out, the screw heads are still in good shape. You are not allowed to strip! In addition, the yellow top makes it easy to operate the screwdriver with one hand.
