Thanks to my drag bit, I am very pleased with the results. The tip of the tool broke after using it for some acrylic carvings. The seller was quickly able to send me a new one after I contacted them. As well as teaching me how to use the bits, they provided me with some education. This is not the right product to use to carve acrylic. Instead, buy the 90 degree. This is a great American company and the products are backed up by them.
It's a great product, and you can get replacement tips when necessary. To be able to swap out just the tip is a big plus. In some cases, the tip has broken very quickly in other brands. We are a month into it and so far haven't had any problems. The product also comes with excellent customer service, which is not always the case.
Acrylic works great with this product.
The price is reasonable and the product is excellent.
