No, it's not a good match. There is an intermediate piece that I haven't been able to connect to this because it isn't available. This is something I bought but haven't been able to use. Make sure you don't throw your money away.

This isn't an add-on for an extension cord

No additional nozzle length will be added. The part that came with the blower is exactly the same as this. It's the last bit of the puzzle. There are no tabs, so there is no way to add another section below it. The length of the existing pieces that come with the blower will not be extended. I gave it three stars because it is what it is, but it may or may not be what you expect it to be - or, at least, that's what the description suggests.

Extension for the Blower - When you're in need of it

This was purchased to extend the blower's reach so that leaves could be blown out from beneath the deck and the shed could be raised. Can extend the nozzle to make it more powerful over a longer distance. The only problem is that neither end has a "joint connection. " As a result, you won't be able to keep adding sections to expand your reach indefinitely. I agree with the other reviewer that it has limited utility because nothing can be added to the end. However, this end was not included in my original blow, so it is useful.

My Makita XBU02PT1 Blower likes it just fine

With a 6'3" frame and a bad back, I needed an extension for my Makita XBU02PT1 Blower so I wouldn't have to stoop so low. This was ideal because it simply pushes on and locks in place with a small turn. I would strongly suggest it.

Because the blower came without any attachments, this was exactly what I needed. I'm nearly 6' tall, and the blower's barrel was too short for me. Overall, I'm very pleased with the fit.
