That is almost a bit of a sophisticated question to be asking on Amazon if you are referring to the grade of the high speed steel with cobalt. especially in the case of a non-profit user with a business. br>br>It's possible; However, this isn't always the case; However, you might want to refer this question to someone else; which is a multi-tiered query - That is to say, your query is beyond the scope of the average user, let alone a retailer. to the Bosch company itself br>br>These are things you could do. br>br>I'd do it. Really! I'm not sure what the tensile strength of the aluminum I drilled is! On my automatic transmission case, I drilled and taped the threads! It completed the task in a very tidy manner! Why don't you buy the drill and test it out for yourself before writing a review? Surely it isn't so expensive that you won't be able to afford it!

This drill bit is extremely durable. br>br>To cut a long story short, I had a seized bolt in my Trailblazer's transmission. When I tried to use an extractor, it actually snapped, leaving a chunk of high-quality material behind. The seized bolt had speed steel embedded in it, which was fantastic. After experimenting with a variety of other options, I finally settled on this drill bit and a Helicoil set. I was astounded at how quickly this drill bit ripped through the seized material (bolt and HSS extactor chunk). I wish I had purchased this drill bit sooner because I wasted a lot more money than the bit's price on other options.
After watching some YouTube videos about drilling a hole into an exhaust manifold, I decided to put this drill bit on my drill, get some WD40, and cut slowly while spraying WD40 on it. It took this thing less than a minute to rip through that old exhaust manifold. To replace a broken steering dampener, I just bought another one in a different size. I'm not going to buy anything else for Steel Aver! GREAT BIT will help you save a lot of time and effort!.
This one has only been used twice: to drill a hole in aluminum for a helicoil and to drill a hole in cast iron for an EZ Lok. br>It appears to be a good value for the money. br>br>I am very happy with the drill bit's quality.
I bought this for a plastic project, so I'm probably not the best person to judge its strength, but it appears to be adequate.
I drilled about 20 holes in 304 1/16 inch stainless steel with this drill bit. In general, quite a bit.
I couldn't find this unusual size anywhere else, so I looked online. It works great, and Bosch is a great brand; it's a drill bit, and it drills fine; however, the size is difficult to come by.

The quality of this bit was definitely overkill for my application, but it's still a fantastic piece that will last a long time.
